Fuck, yes, Felix wanted it. He took the head in his mouth, found the first piercing on the underside of the shaft, and teased it with his tongue. Rainier’s hand was suddenly on the back of his neck, and Felix allowed more to slide in. The metal balls on each side of the bars were smooth, and Rainier’s hand tightened as he played with each pair.
Felix relaxed his throat to allow the head in, and he lapped at the base the best he could.
“That’s enough, Kitten,” Rainier said in a strained tone.
Felix let some slide out and whimpered.
“As much as I'd love to cum in your mouth now, I’d rather save it for later.”
Felix licked at each piercing again before he fully withdrew to give Rainier a pouty look.
“It’ll be better for both of us if we wait.” Rainier kneeled and cupped his face. “You can relax now. Did you like practicing?”
“Yeah, and I watched Inky to see how he acts.” Felix flung his arms around the Prince’s neck to hug him. “I want to please you.”
Rainier wrapped his arms around him. “Oh, you’re sweet, but remember, I want you to enjoy yourself too.”
“I am.” Felix kissed his bare shoulder.

Felix had finished eating dinner and was sitting on the couch with a book when he heard a low rumble of thunder in the distance. Inky, who had been sprawled out on the floor, suddenly perked up with alarm on his face.
“It’s fine, Inky. It’s just a storm.”
The cat stood and cocked his ears. Felix got off the couch and scooped up Inky to take him into the bedroom. Cats liked to hide when they were scared, so maybe he’d like someone to stay with him and make him a safe spot.
He lifted up the blanket on the bed to make a gap and set the cat on the mattress. Inky looked at the space and tilted his head before he inched under. Felix let him go far enough before he crawled under the blanket too. His bigger body made a space, and the cat settled by his shoulder to purr.
“I’m not scared of thunder, but I’ll stay with you,” said Felix. “You know, I wanted a cat when I was a kid, but Mum said they leave cat hair everywhere, and we were too poor anyway for a long time, so I gave up.”
Thunder crashed again, and it was much closer that time. Inky huddled by him, and Felix rubbed his chin to soothe him. He hadn’t bothered to ask Mother for a pet even when things were better or when they came to the fairy realm.
“Won’t she be surprised when I write again?” asked Felix. Of course, Inky didn’t reply.
Mother knew what he did for a living, and she didn’t seem to mind since she’d gotten used to this realm. Obviously, he wouldn’t give her details and say that he’d be acting like a kitten while fucking the Crown Prince for six months, but he’d have to tell her to direct her letters here so Tab didn’t have to send them over.
Thankfully, his stockpile of money for them would be even larger just in case. Being poor and hungry wasn’t something he’d ever forgotten.
He still remembered when he was six, and he'd heard her talking with Grandma about how they were going to make rent. She'd sat at the kitchen table and cried after he asked her if she wanted him to eat less to save money.
As long as he kept working and saving, he could keep down his anxiety about them going without.
And right now, Inky was soothed since he had someone while the thunder growled overhead.
Chapter Nine
The thunderstorm grew worse, and the Castle damn near shook from it halfway through dessert. Rain beat against the skylight, and it was so dark, it might as well have been night. Inky was probably under the bed, but since he liked Felix, maybe he’d get in the human’s lap.
While Betty and Natalie ate the creamed fruit, he sipped his water. At least he had the image of his sweet little human for mental entertainment. Maybe they’d try a leash tonight just for fun.
“How can you not even have a bite?” Betty asked her sister.
Mum wrinkled her nose. You know I’m not into sweets.”
Betty gave Rainier a look, and he shook his head. “Me neither.”
“You used to love sweets,” Natalie blurted out. “Your Father used to sneak them to you all the time. You told me once.”
