“Meh,” I say with a chuckle. “You have any idea where the bathroom is in this place?”

“Yeah, to the end of the corridor, last door on the right,” he says with a smile, and the guy he’s sitting with laughs. Dean whacks him round back of the head, but it doesn’t make a difference. Maybe he’s stoned, wasted, I don’t fucking know. Once I’ve finished in the bathroom, I’ll probably head home anyway. This party is all kinds of shit.

“Thanks.”

I head down the corridor, ignoring both of them cackling behind me. When I make it to the end of the corridor and find the door, I knock, just in case someone is in there—because I may be a bitch, but I’m not that bitch. After a couple of seconds, when nobody has screamed fuck off to me, I guess it’s safe and I open the door, feeling round for the light on the inside. The lights blare through the darkness as I flip the switch, and everything coming into view. Ice shoots through my veins at the sight before me, and I kinda want to be sick.

“Are you fucking kidding me?” I roar, grabbing the lamp off the side table and launching it into the room.

“What the…?” He scrambles to climb off the bitch who looks like her world has ended, falling on the floor with a thud. “It’s not what it looks like.”

“Really? Are you fucking serious right now, Warrick?!” I bellow. “I’ve just found you balls deep in this bitch, and you're telling me it’s not what it looks like? Were you searching for something inside her cunt that required your tiny dick?”

“Babe, you know I love you,” he pleads, pulling his pants back on. He steps toward me and I back up. “We can work this out.”

“Warrick, baby, you told me you were done with the bitch.” Carrie pouts on the bed, butt naked—she hasn't even bothered to cover herself now they’ve been caught.

“Shut up, you were just a hole because my queen wasn’t here,” he snaps at her.

She shuts up, climbing to her feet and muttering, a disappointed look on her stupid face. He takes another step, his gaze pleading, and I burst out laughing.

“What the fuck do you find so funny?”

“Thank you, Warrick,” I say, doubled over. “Now I don’t have to pretend I like your stupid ass.”

“Excuse me?” he says in disbelief, his upper lip curling back as he looks down his nose at me.

“Do you want me to write it in crayon for you?” I throw back with a nasty smirk, “I can’t stand your whoring ass, you think I didn’t know about the girls you’ve been fucking?”

“But—”

“Ha, fucker, please. I know every single one of them you’ve had your dick in! Now you know why I wouldn’t let your riddled dick anywhere near me,” I say with glee. “Dude, you really need to get yourself checked.”

“You threw a lamp at us?” he says, his tone unsure as he looks around the room, his eyes never landing on me.

“Dramatic effect, and honestly I wanted to see if the inflatable screamed.” I double over again laughing, and Carrie goes bright red in the face, trying to get back into her dress.

“Peace, bitches.” I spin on my heel, throwing the deuces over my shoulder as I walk down the hallway with my head held high and a skip in my step.I don’t think it would bother my father that he’s cheating, but I needed proof of it, because I can try and use to my advantage. Maybe I could use it as a way of leverage, refusing to go through with this whole marriage thing, because who in their right mind would want to be with a cheating low life? No, that wouldn’t work, maybe I could use it against him with his own father and screw mine over in the process…?

“You okay?” Dean asks as I get closer to him and his boy.

“Never better, thanks for the directions,” I say with a huge grin, saluting him with two fingers. I cackle as both their mouths drop open, heads whipping round to look down the corridor, where Warrick and Carrie step out of the room, both of them now fully clothed. Dean looks at me with pity and I laugh again, throwing him a wink and sashaying my ass down the stairs.

“Sam, there you are, babe, where were you?” Lux slurs, falling into me.

“Ah you know, looking for a bathroom,” I say with a demonic chuckle. “Finding Warrick and Carrie fucking.”

“What?!” she screeches, just as the two culprits come down the stairs. Warrick looks flustered, and Carrie looks like she’s chewing on a bee. “Warrick Bowers, how the fuck could you do that to my best friend? You bastard,” she yells, as she tries to stride toward him, all wobbly on her feet.“You’re a vile human being and Sam doesn’t deserve the shit you put her through,” she screams in his face.

That’s when I notice the room has turned silent and the music isn’t playing anymore. “Sam, I am so sorry,” she says with regret shining in her eyes, “You’re my best friend.”

Lux’s hand moves lightning fast, and a crack echoes through the room as Warrick’s head whips to the side from the force of the blow. His face taking on a murderous look, and I rush forward, pulling Lux back behind me as I square up to my ex.

“I see that look in your eyes, I’m telling you now. My father isn’t here, and things will end badly for you,” I snarl savagely, pushing him back.

“Lux, you ready to go?” I ask without taking my eyes off the animal in front of me. He’s hit me more than once. I know my father was the one to start the beatings to bring me in line, but it wasn’t long before he had Warrick joining in.

“Yeah, Sam, lets blow this shit hole.”
