“I can never find this stuff anymore,” he says, his eyes dark.

“What the fuck do you want, Warrick, because this false friendly crap is bullshit. What do you think that’s going to do?” I snap, shutting the water off and wrapping a towel round my waist.

“You were right what you said about the bitch,” he says.

“Watch it, Bowers,” I snarl, folding my arms across my chest.

“You did get her on your dick by the end of semester, but you won’t get your hands on her again,” he chuckles. “She hates you more now than she hates me.”

Confusion slams into me, how the fuck does he know?

“She was telling Lux in Lit how shit you are,” he smirks. “The boys overheard so they shared their information.”

I burst out laughing, “Seriously, you’re going to use the shit fuck card?” I laugh harder, “The way she screamed tells me otherwise, and the mark around her neck says differently.”

He rumbles, “We’ll see who has the last laugh, won’t we?”

I chuckle as I step out of the shower. I'm shutting this shit down. I’m not rising to his shit, but the stupid fuck just let me know why she’s so pissed at me. I dry off and put my sweats on, thank fuck I don’t have any more classes today. As I grab my stuff, a roar echoes around the room from Bowers shower. I laugh, because the sound is horrified. I don’t bother to wait to see what’s going on. I grab my bag and head out.

The smell of pot catches my attention as I walk through the door, and I lift my head, my eyes connecting with Shadow leaning against the wall with a foot up, a confused look on her face.

“Why the fuck have you got hair?” she snaps, dropping the smoke on the floor and stamping it out.

“The fuck you mean?” I ask, my brows dropping into a frown. I walk over to her and the death glare gets harsher the closer I get.

“You motherfucker!” Warrick roars, but I don’t pay him any attention, my eyes glued to the beauty in front of me. Her lips curl up into a smile, then she bursts out laughing.

“You gonna tell me my fortune, Warrick?” She laughs, pushing up off the wall.

My head whips around, and what I see has my brows jumping to my hairline. Warrick stands in front of me, his face so red that he looks like it’s about to explode, but the funniest thing is he’s completely bald. More laughter fills the area, and my eyes track the vicinity. The other students that were milling about all stop, laughing and pulling their phones out.

“You’re fucking dead, Frost,” he snarls, stepping forward.

I burst out laughing, because this shit is hilarious. There’s no hair on his head, even his eyebrows are gone.

“Fuck, I could have killed two birds with one stone,” Sam gripes. “Dammit, that would have been even funnier.”

“You?” I ask, both pride and anger warring within my body.

“Yeah, fuck face, me,” she laughs, walking off without a care in the world.

Oh, Shadow, you naughty little minx. I take off after her and I chuckle as I glare at Warrick when I pass him. He has murder in his eyes, but what the stupid fuck has failed to realize is, that shampoo was meant for me. She must’ve snuck into the locker room when I was working out. There’s only one thing I know that will do something like that. My little lamb put hair removal cream in my stuff.

“So, you have a thing for bald people, do you?” I joke as I catch up to her.

“Fuck off, Kylo,” she barks, not breaking her stride.

“Not going to happen, little lamb,” I purr, “We need to talk.”

“What is so hard for you and Brantley to comprehend?” she says nastily, picking her pace up. “I’m not interested in what either of you have to say or your bullshit apologies.”

“I never said anything about the party to anyone,” I say, grabbing her shoulder pulling her to a stop. “I’m not playing any games before you try to throw that shit out there.”

“I don’t want to hear it, I missed the chance this time around to pay you back but I won’t the next time,” she seethes, breaking the hold I have on her.

“You really don’t want to start this game, Shadow, you come at me with the shit you pulled today,” I say with a smirk, “I’ll pay you back tenfold, and I don’t think your precious popularity will save you then.”

“My popularity?” she splutters. “I don’t give a fuck about that, and this just shows you don’t know me.”
