I forced myself to refocus, stepping on the gas. Buck’s motor groaned as I pushed it faster.

I knew the desert like I knew my heart. Even as my planet turned its back on me, I couldn’t find it in me to hate it. They would find out what happened. I would expose Rider.

I had to show them the truth.

He wasn’t the ambassador they believed him to be.

My good-for-nothing brother had ruined everything. Rider blamed me for his sins, had ruined my name. He was jealous and mean and didn’t have a damn good bone in his body.

I was an outlaw and a crook because of him.

I’d taken this woman because of him.

She was feisty. There’d been a moment on that stage when she’d pulled the triggers, I’d seen my life flash before my six eyes.

My cocks thrummed, only becoming harder.

No.

I couldn’t let this happen. Mate or not. She was the very last person in the entire universe that I could have any sort of relation with. She was mycaptive.

I almost growled involuntarily.

A siren screeched through the air, lights flashing from above the road. I cursed under my breath and floored it.

There wasn’t a solacar or solarcycle on Rhombo that was as fast as Buck. I leaned in, gripping the handles with two of my hands. The little human stirred against me, but then quieted again.

All three of my hearts beat faster.

The motor hummed as I went through the Devil’s Gate, two towering stone arches that marked the start of the canyon labyrinth. I could hear the sirens, but now that I’d made it to the mazes, they didn’t stand a chance.

I took a right, veering off the road and following a lesser known trail. It sped down straight for a dark hole, one that was just big enough for us to squeeze through. We sped through it, my eyes adjusting to the total darkness.

This cavern path would take us closer to my hideout.

I slowed as I came out of the tunnel, coming to a stop. I glanced up, listening for the sirens. Waiting for any lights. I could hear them coming for me, but I’d lost them.

A deep chuckle left me as I kicked up the motor again. Buck sped us down a rocky path, weaving through two stone walls until we made it. I sped through another opening and skidded to a halt. Clouds of dust kicked up around me, rusty red with a hint of purple.

I sat there for a second, taking everything in. Overall, the kidnapping had gone well. Little Miss Mercury was part of my plan, even if she would hate me for it. It wasn’t her fault that she was caught up in this. I felt bad about it, but I had to expose my brother.

With a disgruntled sigh, I pressed a button that put up an invisible door over the cavern entrance. That would keep any sounds or lights from being detected by the outside world. It would also keep sand from blowing in.

I slid off Buck, holding her to me. The human stirred against me, a soft moan leaving her. I froze, standing there like arhan.

I stared down at her. Her lips were soft and biteable, her eyelashes long and coated black. Glitter shone on her pretty face. Her body was warm against mine. Her scent reminded me of a field ofvholets. My mouth watered, my body reacting to her.

Stop. Stop looking at her. You can’t have her.

Mate. Dhaarin.

Dhagonit. This couldn’t be true.

I felt deeply unsettled by my warring thoughts. I glared as I moved her to my top set of arms, carrying her down the dark tunnel. Even here, she glittered like a precious jewel.

My ropes still bound her, holding her arms to her sides. My gaze dipped to her breasts, the thought of tying her up making me curse at myself. She let out another moan, her eyes fluttering.

My cocks strained against my chaps, desperate to spring free of the fabric.Mate.
