This conversation was exhausting—anything related to Evan was.
“You need to forgive people you care about,” said Aria.
“I don’t care about Evan.”

Shit.Those steamy images quickly evaporated as I switched off the stove.
“There goes breakfast,” I muttered, dumping the eggs in the garbage.
“I’m more of a fruit salad person, anyway.”
“You distracted me.” I placed the pan in the sink.
“It’s nice to know I still can.” She flirted.
It was tempting to reciprocate, but I remembered Grey’s advice during our last session.
