“Is that why you won’t let Wren come?” she asked.
“Actually, that was Yonkers’s decision. He said that she was a handful and that there was no way that he’d bring my sister anywhere near Savage Hell for fear of her taking off with one of the other guys in our club,” Blade said. “Honestly, I’m happy that he’s keeping her away from there.”
“If you ask me,” Trixie said, “I think that Yonkers has a thing for your sister and he’s just too afraid to tell you about it.”
“Well, I didn’t ask you,” Blade grumbled, causing her to giggle. “And you’re wrong.”
“I can see that it’s a touchy subject. Never mind then,” she said.
“You ready?” he asked holding out his hand to her.
“As I’ll ever be,” she agreed.
“Good, remember to stick close to me. If you have to use the ladies’ room, I’ll be just outside the door waiting for you,” he insisted.
“Won’t that make you seem like a stalker yourself?” she teased.
“I don’t give a fuck what me standing outside the bathroom seems like to other people. I’m not letting you out of my sight,” he said, looking her over. “And we aren’t staying long.”
