“No,” River grunted. “It’s too much for your first time.”
“Riv, you told her to ask for what she wanted,” Ryder ground out. His face was strained.
“Ry, no,” River argued, he sounded agonized. I could feel how hard he was against me.

He growled in frustration, and I could feel him tense up behind me.

“Stop thinking so hard,” Ryder grumbled at me. I noticed a smirk appear on River’s face, and heard Nick chuckle.
“I thought you were all asleep,” I said as I sat up slowly, tension I couldn’t shake riding my movements.
“No. Just resting,” Wolf answered.
“Is that why you’re hiding over there?” Ryder asked as he stretched his legs out.
“I’m not hiding,” I said, shooting him a frown. I didn’t enjoy being called out so openly. Probably because I wasn’t used to it. I’d never had siblings growing up.
