Once I got into my room, I quickly changed into the bikini I loved the most.

Every bikini Nick had bought me fit me perfectly.

But the white one made me feel extra sexy.

I brushed out my hair so it wouldn’t be a knotted mess in the water. Then I removed my makeup—again, to avoid disaster.

There were towels downstairs, so, I slid on some sandals with a heel and made my way downstairs.

My heels clicked on each step as I walked down, eager to be outside by myself. Instead of inside with my boyfriend’s bestie who couldn’t seem to keep his leering gaze off me.

There were no staff in the kitchen when I walked through, and I breathed a sigh of relief that I was almost home free.

Until I heard a low whistle echo in the air around me.

I stopped short and twisted on my heels to see Stefan holding a half full bottle of water in his hand.

His eyes were once again on my body.

He set the bottle down, then strode over to me. “Nick, have you ever seen a more beautiful woman?” he asked, surprising me. I hadn’t seen Nick.

“There’s a reason she’s in my house,” Nick said, and I turned my head to see him inside the pantry, pulling out a box of crackers.

Stefan’s hands landed on my shoulders, and I nearly backed away.

But not wanting to be rude, I stayed put.

“I’m serious, man. We’ve been to some of the most exotic places in the world. Never have I ever seen a woman this stunning before.” His eyes trailed over my face, then down to my cleavage—where he spent a longer while staring.

“You’re one hundred percent correct, my friend,” Nick said, observing his BFF with his hands—and eyes on me. It hit me as plenty odd that Nick wasn’t punching his friend in the nose right about now.

“I mean, she is almost too much.” Stefan’s hands dragged down my arms, leaving goosebumps in their wake. “I need a hug, angel,” he said, touching my waist, then wrapping his arms around me.

With slight panic, I looked over at Nick, wondering if he was going to freak out.

Instead, he smiled even wider and nodded at me to hug his friend.

While all I wore was a sexy, white bikini.

Too shocked to react, I let my hands land behind his neck while he pulled me closer to his body. “Christ, you are fine,” he said into my neck, inhaling deeply as his hands touched my back—rubbing the bare skin there.

His fingers touched the waistband of my thong bottoms, and I hoped he wouldn’t go any further than that.

Surely, he wouldn’t go any further than that?

“Absolutely divine,” he said, loosening his grip on me and peering into my eyes. Unexpectedly, his lips touched my cheek, staying there a few seconds too long.

He eventually let me go.

I stepped back and hurried out the patio doors to escape.

Probably an hour had passed by the time they came out to the pool deck and sat down.

Neither of them had changed.

Nick had insisted that Stefan stay at his house—which apparently was what normally happened when Stefan came to visit.

I could feel their eyes on me, even though I tried my best not to look up.
