Gentle fingers gripped my chin, pulling my attention until Reed’s face filled my vision. “Casper, is this your way of asking to move in with us?”

My lips rolled inward so I could keep my mouth shut. I wasn’t going to beg him. By the humor dancing in Reed’s eyes, he already knew the answer to his question.

“Move in with us, Cas. Pack your shit, rent a fucking truck, or leave whatever you don’t want here. I don’t care. I want you in our bed every night. I want you in our arms all day.” He turned to look at Elic. “You too. I want you permanently with us.”

“But… It’s your home,” Elic whispered.

“It’sourhome, love. Unless you want to live on your own for a while. We’d completely understand if you did.” Reed could speak for himself. Elic belonged with us, not in another location where we couldn’t keep him close. Where we couldn’t love him. Of course, I didn’t say any of that out loud, not wanting to scare Elic away and continue my trend of being a gigantic dick.

“I should want to live somewhere else, shouldn’t I?”

“Why?” I asked.

“Because I haven’t lived on my own.”

“Every day on the street you were alone, but I understand what you mean. We won’t force you, El. We want you there if it’s where you want to be.”

Tears shimmered in his eyes. He tried to blink them away to no avail. “I do.”

“Yeah?” Reed grinned so fucking big; his whole face lit up.

“Yeah.”

“What about when we’re on tour?” he asked.

“What do you mean?”

“Will you come with us?”

My eyes widened. I didn’t think of it but now it was out there. I wanted him on tour with us.

“What about my job?”

“Cade will hold it for you. It’s one of the perks of being part of the family. Or you could do something else if you wanted. Work with us on tour. There’s always a lot to do.”

It was Elic’s turn for his eyes to widen. “Really?”

“Yeah, love, really.”

“I think I’d enjoy that.”

Putting my arms around them, I pulled them in until they were flush against me. “It’s settled then. We’re going to live together, and El will tour with us in the future.”

These men, they were made to be mine, and I was always meant to be theirs. I loved them with every part of me. I loved how they accepted me and wouldn’t let me hide. They were everything I’d ever needed and more. And I would do whatever it took to show them how much they meant to me.

The world didn’t matter. The opinions of others didn’t count. As long as I had them and our family and friends, screw the rest.

I, Casper Ashford, was madly in love with my stepbrother. Together, we unequivocally loved another man. And I didn’t give a single fuck what anyone else had to say about us.

EPILOGUE

REED

Sixteen Months Later

The constant shaking of Elic’s knee beside mine had me putting my hand on it to calm him as best I could. Casper was on his other side, holding Elic’s hand between his bigger ones. It wasn’t easy for Elic to return here—to the city he knew far too well. These were the streets he’d slept on. Where he experienced pain that made me sick to think of. We even drove over the bridge he’d stood on and contemplated if he should end it all.

While the city held awful memories for Elic, it was also where Casper and I met him. Where Elic met Starry too. Today, we were going back to the place where Elic lived but for a good reason.
