Champagne is being passed around the limo and a chorus of Thompsons are laughing at some comment Uncle Kyle made to Dad about retiring his yellow jeep.

"I like this," Brady mumbles beside me as arm slips behind my shoulders.

"You like the chaos?" I laugh.

"I like all of it," he says into my ear.

Brianna waves at me from across the limo. She and Bea are in matching dresses and their arms draped over each other.

"So, when's the wedding?" Liam interrupts the madness to put us on the spot.

"We're all still mad at you, for the record," Mia points a finger at Brady and me. "We would have liked to know you got married."

"I didn't want to steal your Christmas announcement thunder," I retort.

Mia tilts her head to the side. "In that case, thank you."

"You are welcome," I wink at her.

"So?" Aunt Jenny leans forward. "Do we have a wedding date yet?"

"March," I answer. "We're still working out details."

"Don't tell me we're having another lame backyard wedding," Liam whines.

"Hey!" Mom and Aunt Jenny both narrow their eyes at Liam.

"No," I wave them off. "We are getting married at the resort. Black tie."

"Yes!" Emmy throws her arms up in the air. "Mom, when can we go dress shopping?"

We all laugh as Taylor and Elle shift uncomfortably next to us.

"Everything alright?" I quietly say to my cousin and his fiance."

"We just..." Elle glances at Taylor. "We were planning a spring wedding."

"Oh," I frown. "I'm so sorry. I should have asked."

"No," Taylor puts up a hand. "I think we've settled on Vegas."

"Vegas?" Aunt Jenny yells from across the limo. "Are we at least invited?"

Elle's face turns bright red. "Of course. But we kind of like the idea of getting married by Elvis."

"Of course, you do," Liam rolls his eyes dramatically and scoffs.

"We're here!" Dad quickly interrupts. "Who's ready to par-tay!"

"Me!" Mom shouts.

I shake my head in embarrassment.

"Don't balk at them," Brady's fingers find the base of my skull. "They're great. And you're so lucky to have them all."

I look up at my husband, realizing he's an only child with an ill mother who can't remember him. "You're right. They're also yours now, too."

"I know," he beams. "I know."
