Page 36 of Elusive Surrender

His hands slide over my ass cheeks, and he pulls me tight against his hard cock. “I was interested all right. I resisted, but some things are just meant to be,” Sheldon responds, capturing my lips in a kiss that takes my breath away and sends a flame of desire scorching through my middle.

He keeps me balanced while sliding a hand between us, freeing himself. “Still taking your pill, Lex?” he asks, nuzzling my ear with the warmth of his words.

“Yes.”

“Good, because I don’t want a barrier between us. You haven’t been with anyone in a long time, and I’m clean,” Sheldon informs me, capturing my lips hungrily as he coaxes my tongue to dance with his own while he strokes the tip of his hot cock under the edge of my swimsuit and between my folds, rocking me gently over the top of his cock.

The tingly feeling is building, and I can’t possibly wait another minute longer. Sheldon pulls me down atop his rock-hard cock and thrusts deeply inside of me. He hits the absolute end of me, sending a spark of desire through my entire body, but he doesn’t move. Instead, he lets me acclimate, makes me wait, teasing as he starts to thrust while suckling my neck and earlobes.

“Sheldon.”

“Words, Lex. Tell me what you like.”

“This, so much this.”

He thrusts again, driving deep and pulling me firmly down on top. He hits the end of me and then does it again. I pant as he squeezes my nipple below the water, and at the same time, he drives into that spot again, and then again.

“Come for me, Lex. All over my cock.”

And I do, trembling uncontrollably on the end of him before he releases deep inside of me, only the water witnessing our lust-entwined bodies under the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Sheldonand I have lunch on the beach while we dry off, and then we head back to the

estate in a different direction than we came so he can show me around the rest of the grounds and point out the vast lemon tree groves that cover an entire hillside. When we reach our rooms, I retire for a short nap, while Sheldon goes to see how the security team is faring. About an hour after he leaves, I get a text from him and sit up to read it.

Sheldon: Kate needs to go to a meeting. Can you help with some makeup and creative hairdo?

Me: Of course. On my way!

When I walk into the dining room, everyone stops talking and looks up. “I’m here to get your hair and makeup done before you go to the big meeting,” I explain, holding up my purple cosmetic bag as Kate comes over to give me a big hug.

“I know they said no wires or pieces, but I want a mic on Katarina at all times,” Chase says to Sheldon.

“The best way to get her through their detectors is to use the bobby pin,” Sheldon answers, pulling a device that looks just like one from his pocket. “This little thing will be able to pick up anything within a hundred feet pretty damn clear. Alexis is going to give you a hairstyle that requires a ton of bobby pins. If you do alarm, they’ll see that you have a gazillion of these things, too many to be bothered with,” Sheldon informs Chase.

I shuffle in front of him, setting my bag next to the table. “It’s called an up-do, Sheldon. Now be a love and plug all of my toys in, then shoo,” I instruct, giving him a playful smile while handing him a variety of styling equipment.

Sheldon’s lips curl in amusement. “Always happy to prepare your toys, Alexis.” Sheldon smirks, and I try to hide the smile from breaking out across my face because I certainly didn’t miss the innuendo, and my center clenches at the thought of him preparing toys for my pleasure.

Chase bends down to kiss Katarina, his eyes alight with amusement. “I think you’re in good hands, and I need to take care of a few things,” Chase remarks before departing with Sheldon to discuss the meeting plans, leaving me and Kate to spend the afternoon getting her prepared to go and meet with her Italian family, who just happen to be the mafia.

Sheldon hasan early dinner planned on the balcony and only wants me to have one glass of wine until we’ve had a chance to discuss his rules. It’s all I’ve been able to think about this afternoon. What if the rules are too much? He said he doesn’t want to hurt me, and I believe him, but he’s been extremely clear about being in control. What if control isn’t enough for him after a while? What if the same thing happens all over again? I try to shake off the feelings dredged up from my past as he regales me with the history of the coast and Chase and Katarina’s family.

We are only halfway through our meal when he gets a call and excuses himself from the table.

When he returns, I’ve almost finished my first glass of wine. His eyes are crinkled as he surveys me. “We need to talk, Lex.”

“What’s the matter? You said one; that’s one. I wasn’t going to have anymore.”

He gives me a small smile, but it doesn’t really reach his eyes. “It’s not that, Lex. Nick’s been running point for us, trying to catch Darwin and just got off the phone with your mom.”

“Is everything alright? Why didn’t she call me?” I ask, grabbing my phone from the table. “Damn! I turned it on silent when we went to meet Katarina and Chase.”

“Lex, they just admitted Jan to the hospital. She’s pretty sick. She developed another bout of pneumonia, and her lungs just aren’t strong enough to fight it. It’s not likely that she’ll be able to go home anytime soon. She didn’t want your mom to tell you or for you to be worried.”

“Oh, no! I have to go back to New York. I have to go back right away!”

“It’s not safe, Lex. That madman’s still out there, and you’re not going.”
