"Yes, ma'am."

"It seems you're the first woman to ever ride in this Professional Bull Riders tour."

"And you," I said, "don't know shit about the PBR."

"Not a fucking clue," she said around a laugh, relaxing a bit. "But, I'm here to see if you'd be willing to accept me as your representative for the company."

"Ok?" My brow furrowed. "Because you're goth? I mean, why wouldn't I?"

"Told ya, babe," the blonde said.

"Braden, hush," Rhaven chided. "I'm working."

"And it's casual," Chance assured all of us. "Max over here told me bull riders don't do stiff and formal. Well, gamers don't either. Know what else we have in common?"

"Not really, no," I admitted.

"Sexism in the industry," Chance continued. "The kind of sexism that gets people hurt. So, are you willing to work with my hand-picked team? Not that they'll really get in your way. From the sounds of it, Max seems to be willing to tell us when and where to write a check."

"Ok?" I nodded, so fucking confused.

So Rhaven leaned her elbows on the table and caught my eyes. "I'm trans, Cody."

"Ok?" I shook my head, still confused.

"Told ya," Max said.

Chance was nodding his head and looking pleased. "I was just worried that cowboys meant homophobic. Seems sexism is a little too universal, but I'm not about to put my people in harm's way."

"Shit," J.D. drawled. "I'm about to come out as bi next week. Cody don't have a problem with none of this shit."

"Shit?" Braden asked. "Lemme guess, you're bi but she's your girlfriend? Kinda easy when you're in a straight-passing relationship, cowboy."

"And I'm his boyfriend," Tanner said.

Max's smile had turned into a full-blown grin now. "As I said, Mr. Hunter, I think this group will surprise you."

"Polyamorous," Chance almost purred. "Nice. I want it all."

My head snapped back and forth between Max and the redhead who seemed to really be in charge here. "Huh?"

"You want the full front panel?" Max asked.

"No," Chance said. "This morning you said she still had quite a bit of space. I want it. All of it. The head, the vest thing, and those..." He made a gesture down by his legs.

"Chaps?" I offered.

"All of it," Chance said. "Braden, contact Tim. We're going to have the logo adjusted." Then he smiled at me, and it was the sort of smooth and sensual type that made a woman's heart beat faster. "My information tells me you wear mostly pink, but your shirt has 'Girls Do It' and 'Better' on the sleeves in green, correct?"

"Yes, sir."

"Braden, I want a green and pink voodoo doll. Just trade our blue for pink, and we should be good. Have it ready by the afternoon. Max, I want that on both legs of her chaps, across her chest, and wherever you can fit it on her helmet."

"And that," Max said, "isn't going to be cheap. Mr. Hunter, the sponsor areas on a rider can cost thousands of dollars per event. If you want it all..."

Chance turned his eyes on me. They were grey and sparkling. The kind that was made from intelligence. "Tell me, Cody, why are you doing this?"

"Because I'm good at it," I told him.
