Already was sitting on your porch with Roxy, waiting for you to get up.??? ??? ???????????? ? ???????? ????? ???!

Laughing, I slip my cut on, grab a notebook from the bookcase, and race downstairs. Unlocking the door, I let them in.

“Sorry, ladies! It was a late night last night.”

Sasha raises an eyebrow at me, and I shake my head. I’ll wait until they’re inside. They follow me into the kitchen, and I make a beeline for the coffee pot, happy to see my men made me a pot and put it on the warmer.

Coffee in hand, I sit down at the table and flip open the box. Grabbing a sprinkled white frosting donut, I moan as the delicious fluffiness hits my tongue. I quickly inhale the first one and reach for a second as I open my notebook.

Roxy clears her throat.

“So, what really happened last night? I know what I saw, but spill. What’s going on?”

I sigh and take a sip of coffee.

“What we talk aboutcannotleave this house, understood?” I ask as I tear off a piece of donut and pop it into my mouth. She nods and even though I know Sasha’s answer, she nods as well.

“The bitch’s name is Nicole. Apparently, she’s Dragon’s ex. We caught her planting cameras or something around the backyard last night.”

I pause and when I glance at Roxy, her face pales and her hand freezes, halfway to her mouth.

“Damn, we just can’t catch a break, can we?” she mutters right before taking a huge bite of her donut.

“Apparently not.”

Taking another sip of coffee, I fill her in on what happened. Both are even more pissed when I share what the guys told me last night.

“??????! Tell us what we can do to help plan,” Sasha says as she leans back in her chair and pulls a notepad out of her bag. Roxy looks between us, confused.

“Help plan what?”

Sasha and I lock eyes and I’m sure my wicked smile matches her own. Time to have a little payback.

A little over an hour later, I lock up the house and we head to the garage. Opening the garage door, I see Alexei and Colt are already waiting for us on their motorcycles. Sliding into my SUV, I send a quick text to Thor and Dragon that we’re heading into town for supplies and that we have 2 prospects with us.

I don’t wait for an answer as I back out of the garage and head for the gate. We’ve already done our research, so we know what stores we’re going to have to hit.

First up is a nice Asian grocery store. As a bonus, it’s frickin’ huge, so I’m hoping we find a lot of goodies in here. Both Colt and Alexei park their bikes and, after a quick glance around, signal for us to get out of the SUV.

Once inside, I grab a cart and can’t help the giddy feeling as I start perusing the shelves. I’ve been here before, so I know the general layout. However, I’ve never really shopped for the items on our list before, so I have no idea where everything is or if they even have them. We may have to improvise a little.

What surprises me though is when Colt grabs another cart and starts humming the Mission Impossible theme song as he and Alexei start grabbing things off the shelves. Turning to Sasha, I raise an eyebrow in question, and she squirms a little.

“I may have already filled him in on what you most likely would do and then sent him a text with some tweaks. Also, you know I can’t keep anything from Alexei. He knew we were up to something with a single glance this morning.”

“That’s right, Levi, and we have a few contributions ourselves. However, if you tell anyone we actually helped, we’ll both deny it to our graves,” Colt says, as pins me with a look.

I laugh and then give them copies of the list.

As we’re wandering the aisles, I do my best to ignore the stares we get. While most of them are directed at the guys, which irritates the hell out of Sasha and surprisingly, Roxy, a lot give me curious or hateful glares that turn even darker when they see my engagement ring. I’m guessing the latter is when they realized who I was seeing and the fact that they claimed me.

As for the curious stares, I don’t know how many people in town were at the party last night, so I have no idea if any saw what happened. With a sigh, I try to focus my concentration on the list.

It takes a few hours, but we find almost everything we were looking for between the Asian, Mexican, and regular grocery stores. Thankfully, we have three large refrigerators in the kitchen, so we maneuvered stuff around so that our surprises will be solely in one fridge. When we aren’t prepping a meal, they’ll be padlocked. Right now, Roxy and Amy are prepping some of the easy stuff for supper. Since we don’t know how long this will take, we went with an easier dish for tonight.

With Sasha right behind me, I lead the way to Jax’s room and knock.

“Come on in.”
