My gaze goes to my wedding dress hanging up in the corner and I can’t help but smile as I remember last night.
“Okay, all you fabulous and gorgeous ladies! Everyone’s hair and makeup is done! Let’s get Levi in her dress and then you all can slip into your dresses or finish getting ready,” Kristy calls out as she claps her hands, pulling me out of my thoughts.
She goes over to Levi’s dress in the corner and unzips the bag. Even though I’d seen it last night, I still love it.
Levi had chosen a sexy spaghetti strap dress with a deep V-neck. It’s sort of a mermaid style floor-length dress that has straps crisscrossing on her back a few times. It also has a slit that’s about mid-thigh on her. Eh, maybe a bit higher but not high enough that you’d see her panties. There’s a small train, for which I’m sure she’s happy for as I can imagine it would be cumbersome for her if it were longer. It wraps snuggly around her baby bump and she looks absolutely gorgeous in it.
The shoes she paired with it are strappy silver stiletto heels that have little rhinestones on them and the straps wrap around her calves a few times.
While Sasha, Allison, and Kristy get Levi into her dress, I get her shoes ready.
After that, Sasha helps her slide on her garter belt and a little surprise that I know her men will like. Especially Dragon. I’ve heard more than once that he loves seeing her armed.
I was surprised when Sasha told me that Levi is the club’s unofficial second Enforcer. Though, that does make sense with her knife obsession and how well she handles blades. My cheeks heat as I remember some of our conversations where she’s told usexactlyhow much Dragon loves to see her armed.
A few minutes later, she’s ready, but I notice she’s staring at the picture of her mom. Her eyes turn glassy and Sasha rushes back to her side, fanning her face. I step away, giving them some privacy when a knock comes at the door.
“Everyone decent?” Phoenix calls out and a few seconds later, Levi responds.
“Yes.”
Phoenix and the rest of the guys enter, but I only have eyes for one man.
My fiancé and soon to be husband.
He stares at me, mouth agape, but his eyes burn with desire as his gaze slowly slides over my body.
“Fuck, Sunshine. It’s gonna be damn near fucking impossible not to be hard out there. Fuck, baby.” He whispers the last part as he kisses down my neck.
“You? I’m going to be drooling onto my dress.”
A whack sounds and I look around startled as to what happened.
“Ouch! What the fuck?” Timber suddenly calls out as he flinches back from me.
I giggle as I try to hide my smile with my hands and he glares at me over Kristy’s head, who had stepped between us.
“Back off, you horny animal! I had to use so much concealer on her neck that you better not even think of putting another mark on her until after the ceremonies and pictures are complete. Do you understand?” Kristy says as she continues to stab her finger into his chest.
I try to stifle another giggle as he stares down at her in surprise, but when he glances up at me when my giggle escapes, his eyes hold a promise.
Oh, sugar honey ice tea.
I may have bitten off more than I can chew with this outfit.
And he hasn’t even seen my wedding dress yet, which is even more bold and sexier than this one is. At least in my opinion, anyway.
“Baby Girl, you look beautiful,” Dad says as he comes up and hugs me.
“Thanks, Dad. You look quite handsome yourself.”
“Places!” Kristy calls out as she ushers us all into line and I loop my arm through Timber’s. She bends down to talk to Jordan and Sadie and then slips out of the room. Kristy had left the door open and I can hear her getting everyone’s attention out in the main room.
“Ladies, gentlemen, and bikers,” she starts, which has several people chuckling. “We have a surprise for you. You are all here to witness the marriage between Levi Wallace, Ryan Gilbert or Thor to the club, and Nick Gilbert or Dragon to the club, but there will be another wedding after this.” She pauses again, and I shift on my feet nervously as I hear the excited chatter.
“Last night, there was another proposal in the club and the newly engaged couple are very close to the three you are here to see get married today. Close as in best friends and family, close.” She pauses yet again, and the ‘awws’ damn near have me crying. I fan my face to keep the tears from falling, and Timber places his hand on my arm, squeezing slightly.
Sasha turns around and gives me a thumbs up before blowing me an air kiss that I return. I had no idea Kristy was going to say all of this.
