“Thank you.” The reporter pulls out a chair beside us and takes a seat. She takes out a pen and notepad and begins to interview Kyle.

Reporter: First of all, congratulations on your appointment as the new CEO of Anderson Corp.

Kyle: Thank you very much.

Reporter: Can you share with me what this means for the company and your future plans?

Kyle: Well, this is a significant moment for Anderson Corp. I plan to focus on innovation, sustainability, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Our goal is to continue the legacy of excellence my father established and take the company to new heights.

Reporter: And Mrs. Anderson, how do you feel about Kyle's new role?

A wide smile spreads across my lips as I turn to look at Kyle. “I'm incredibly proud of my husband. I believe in his vision for the company, and I'm excited to support him in this journey. It's a team effort, and we're both committed to the success of Anderson Corp.

Reporter: That's wonderful to hear. Now, on a more personal note, you look incredibly good in this suit.”

Kyle:Thank you.

Reporter:You’re welcome. And we noticed that your sense of style has recently changed. Do you mind sharing who your new stylist is?

Kyle turns to look at me smiling. “I have my wife to thank for that. She’s, my stylist.”

The reporter is now looking at me with a bigger sense of respect. “You have been the one styling him recently? I never knew you were a stylist.”

“I’m aspiring to become one,” I reply with all sense of modesty, mentally wishing Kyle had not told her that. I don’t think that I’m ready for other people to know I’m going into fashion styling, yet.

Kyle feeling my nervousness, starts to gently rub my hand under the table. “She’s just being modest, she’s really good at it.”

“Wow, that’s great, we should watch out for you then,” the reporter says with a smile. She goes on to ask us several other questions before she leaves.

“Why did you have to tell her I styled you?” I ask Kyle after the reporter had left.

“But it was the truth.”

“You know what that means right? People are going to start wanting me to style them, and I’m not even sure if I’m ready for that yet.”

“Of course, you are, you just need to give yourself more credit.”

I shake my head. “I don’t think I’m ready.”

“Yes, you are.”

Kyle's conviction is reassuring, his confidence in my abilities lifting my spirits. “If you say so,” I mumble under my breath.

“Can I have this dance?” Kyle stands stretching out his hand as “Perfect” by Ed Sheran, comes on. I place my hand in his and allow him to lead me to the dance floor.

“Where exactly are we going?” I ask Kyle who asked the driver to take us somewhere else instead of the penthouse after the ceremony came to an end.

“You will find out when we get there, be patient,” he says with wink.

“What are you up to?”

He shrugs. “Just be patient.” He dips his head and silences me with a kiss, preventing me from saying anything else.

The anticipation swirls within me as the car glides through the city streets. Kyle's mysterious demeanor adds a layer of excitement, and I can't help but wonder about the destination he has in mind. The city lights flicker outside the car window, casting a soft glow on the passing scenery.

The car eventually comes to a stop, and as the door opens, a cool breeze carries the scent of the night. Kyle extends his hand, and I take it, stepping out of the car into the night air. We find ourselves in front of a quaint, upscale restaurant, its warm lights inviting us in.
