Everyone laughs at that! He’s sweet but corny!

Dom puts a cardboard box on the table and opens it. He pulls out a kutte and brings it over to me. I stand and he slips it onto me, then leans close and says, “You’ve earned this, ten times over. You’re one of us now.”
I turn and give him a big squeeze!
Everyone takes turns giving me hugs! It’s better than any birthday party I’ve ever had in my life!
When we’re all hugged out, Dom says, “Part of getting your patch is that you get to lead us out today, come on.” He puts his arm around my shoulder and steers me to the exit.
Everyone files in behind us and we go out to the parking lot.
