He kissed her palm and took her hand in his. He pulled her toward her bedroom. As soon as he closed the door, he devoured her with new desperation. The heat that was between them Sunday was mild compared to the inferno that exploded when his lips pressed to hers in the hottest kiss she’d ever experienced.
She needed to feel his skin against hers and tore his shirt from his body, gasping at the beauty that was Adler. Yes, she’d seen him Sunday, but it was different now. Now they were an item, and she could no longer deny her feelings for him. He made her feel things she’d never felt with a man, and wow. It was so worth the wait. His gaze made her heart do summersaults. His kisses on her skin blazed fires all over her and caused her insides to turn molten. The touch of his hands made her tingle in places that had not been alive in so long.
“Leila,” He growled, catching her off guard. “I need you now.” His voice came from deep in his chest.
The desire in those words, in his look, was all she could take. She unbuttoned her shorts and slowly stepped out of them, stripping off her bra and panties also. He followed her by doingthe same, and her heart stopped. Her eyes wandered slowly down his amazing chest and her breath caught. She took his hand and pulled him to the bed, and they lay down together.
His hands slowly traced a path down her arms to her hips. His eyes followed. “God, you’re perfect.” Their lips met again until finally his left hers. He pushed her gently on her back and kissed a trail down to her breast. First one. He sucked gently, then went to the other.
This was heaven. Her hands traveled over his skin to the curve of his hips and gripped his firm, tight ass. Up his muscular back and his strong shoulders. His skin was smooth, hard, and warm.

She held his gaze until she could no longer, and her head hit her pillow as her lower body bucked in answer to his tongue. She didn’t realize his tongue could do those things, make her feel this way. Her breath raced as she climbed the summit and reached the peak of ecstasy.
He did things to her that she didn’t know were possible. He made her feel things she didn’t realize she could feel. He sent her places she didn’t know existed. Again, and again…and again.
Even though what he was doing to her was addicting, she still needed more. He was like crack, and she was hooked. “Adler,” she begged. "Come to me."
He crawled up to her, and she pulled him to her mouth. Her body yearned to feel him inside her. It had been so long. The last time she’d been with a guy was the night she got pregnant withSkylar. But that was Ben. He’d never made her feel like this. This wanted. This needed, and this desired.
Adler left her for a second, picked up his pants from the floor, and dug in his pocket.
Leila couldn’t keep her eyes off him, his perfect, sculpted body. All hers. Her body tingled with anticipation and need.
Finally, he was back next to her, tore open the condom, and rolled it over his pulsing erection.
She closed her eyes and scratched a trail down his back and gripped his tight ass.
His warm lips closed on hers softly. “Leila, look at me,” he whispered.
Her lids fluttered open, and as their gazes met, he thrust into her.

She couldn’t contain herself any longer. Her eyes closed, her head tilted back, and she moaned his name. She clutched his ass as he gave one last thrust.

“Adler,” she answered.
Then she came. It was like an explosion as her body convulsed. She didn’t think she had anything left but man, was she wrong! He pushed hard one last time, and as he moaned, their eyes met and then their lips crushed against each other as they finished together. He collapsed on her chest.
Her breathing was rough, and she breathed deep, trying to gain control again. “Stay the night with me?” She wasn’t sure if she should have asked, but she didn’t care. She didn’t want him to go. She wanted to wake up with his arms around her and kiss him goodbye before he left for work.
He moved to his side and laid his head on a pillow. His arm was draped over her, his fingers tracing circles on her arm, spreading goosebumps over her body. “Are you sure?”
“Yes.” She nodded and turned to face him. “I want you here.”
“Then I’ll stay.” He kissed her lips. “I’ll be right back.”
The bed became empty as soon as he was gone, but luckily it didn’t last long before he was back. She rolled over, and he pulled her up against him, and pressed a kiss below her ear.
He snuggled closer still, until there was no space where his body ended and hers began. It was like they were one person. It was perfect.
“Good night, beautiful, and thank you for an amazing night.”
She brought his hand to her lips and kissed his knuckles, hugging them tight. “Thank you, Adler.” She’d never slept so soundly in her life.
