“I hate washing me off of you,” he said as the water ran down his back.

“You could leave me sticky. I won’t complain.” Riley smiled down at him.

Preacher kissed her body again then poured liquid soap into his hands and lathered up her body. He took his time staring at her feet. Moving his hands up and over every inch of her tight body, Preacher watched as she dropped her head back. He listened to the moans she let slip from her lips as he massaged his way all over her skin.

When he stood, he gripped the back of her neck, smashing his mouth to hers. He took the kiss he wanted this time—rough, decadent, intense. All the things he shielded every woman from, he gave to Riley in that one kiss. Breaking from the kiss, Preacher watched her eyes open with a look of desire he hadn’t seen in them before. His chest rose and fell, wanting more from her than she had already given.

“Preacher,” she said his name.

“I love you, Riley.”

“You do?”

“Yeah, I do.”

“I think you should show me how much you love me.”

“Not until you say it back.”

“That’s how you’re gonna play this?”

“I’m not playing shit, woman.”

“I love you, Preacher.”

He moved in fast, pinning her hands above her head. Her back pressed against the hard tile, forcing her chest out. His cock hardened as he stared at her perfect tits. Licking his lips, Preacher leaned in to feast on them.Erectile dysfunction, his ass.

Epilogue

Whip walked into the Gypsy Kings clubhouse, followed by her crew. It didn’t take a genius to find out where the place was. Voices could be heard coming from an interior room. Leading her team, she pushed the door open and smiled as Gypsy and his brothers greeted them with a less than friendly hello.

“You have some balls walking in here without an invite,” Gypsy said, moving away from the bar and heading to cut Whip off from entering any farther into the clubhouse.

“You’ve been digging into things that aren’t your business, Nicolea Petrovic,” Whip said without inflection. Waving a finger, she signaled for Scout to give Gypsy the manilla folders they had brought with them.

No one moved as Scout stepped from behind Whip, walking across the room to hand the items over.

“What’s this, Whip?” Gypsy asked as he looked at the folders then passed them to Cruise.

“What you’ve been looking for. Dossiers on all of us.” She watched the man next to Gypsy flip through the folders. When he leaned into Gypsy, Whip waited for the question she knew would be coming next.

“There’s not one on Riley James.”

And there it was. “Riley’s no longer part of our crew. She traded us for him.”

Gypsy watched as Whip pointed toward Preacher. “When did that happen?”

“The night she saved his life.” Whip shrugged. “She knew the consequences before she ever got out of the car.”

“You just let her walk away?”

“No.” Whip laughed. “She bought information from us on who attacked your boy.”

“What was the payment?”

“She gave up her interest in Muther’s.” Whip looked around the room and then back at Gypsy. If he had kept his nose out of Riley’s business and stopped sending people to get between her and Preacher, this wouldn’t have happened. “Next time you want to dig into me or my team, don’t fuck with one of my girls. It’s low and not to mention shitty to mess with someone’s heart.”

“I didn’t have Riley caring for Preacher. Bones did, and it wasn’t to mess with her heart.” Taking a moment, Gypsy decided he might as well own his screw-up. “I attempted to keep them apart.”
