I trembled as Kian undressed me, his hands roving over my exposed skin. When I was bare before him, he shed his own clothes. I gasped at the sight of his huge blue cock, ridged and alien.

“I’ve never seen anything like that,” I said with a nervous laugh.

Kian tipped my chin up. “Don’t be afraid. I will go slowly and bring you the greatest pleasure you could imagine.”

He kissed me deeply, easing me onto the bed. Parting my legs, he settled between them. A shock of ecstasy went through me as his tongue found my center. I cried out, clapping a hand over my mouth. Kian grasped my wrist, pinning it over my head.

“I want to hear you,” he growled. “Every gasp, every moan.”

He devoured me with relentless passion as climax after climax crashed over me. By the time he rose over me, positioning the broad head of his cock at my entrance, I was delirious with need.

“Please,” I begged.

He pushed inside me, stretching me deliciously. The ridges rubbed against sensitive nerves, amplifying the pleasure. I came instantly, keening his name.

Kian stilled, concern in his gaze. “Did I hurt you?”

“No, no,” I panted. “It’s so good. Don’t stop!”

He started moving then, slowly at first before picking up speed. Our bodies slammed together, sweat slick and breathless. The ecstasy rose and rose, shattering me again and again.

“Kate,” Kian groaned, his thrusts becoming wild and erratic. “I cannot hold back—!”

“Yes!” I cried. “Come inside me, Kian. I want you to fill me.”

With a roar, he slammed deep and released, his hot seed spilling within me. We clung to each other, hearts pounding as the final tremors faded.

Chapter 5

Kian

I awoke before dawn, the memories of last night with Kate still fresh in my mind. Our joining had been intense and passionate, unlike anything I’d ever experienced with a Surlon woman. Yet part of me wondered if I’d made a mistake allowing an outsider to get so close.

I dressed quickly and headed outside into the cool morning air. The village was just beginning to stir as others emerged to start their day. I saddled up my sirocco, Dakari, eager to get away for a ride and clear my head.

The sun peeked over the mountains, casting shadows across the desert as I galloped across the sand. Out here, with just Dakari and the endless expanse, I felt free. I contemplated what Kate’s presence here meant for our village, and what it meant for me. She was unlike anyone I’d ever met. Fearless, determined, endlessly curious. Yet so fragile compared to a Surlon. I knew I should keep my distance, but something about her pulled me in.

After riding for over an hour, I turned Dakari back toward the village. I needed to speak with Kate, to see if she regretted what happened between us as much as I did. My heart sank at the thought.

When I arrived back, I found Kate already up and about. She waved when she saw me dismount.

“Morning,” she said with a tentative smile. “Sleep okay?”

“Well enough,” I replied gruffly.

An awkward silence hung between us. I wasn’t sure what to say about last night. Kate spoke first.

“Listen, about what happened...” she began.

I cut her off. “No need to discuss it. I should not have taken advantage. You are under my protection here.”

Kate looked offended. “Taken advantage? I wanted it as much as you did.”

I sighed. “Perhaps. But you are not one of my people. I let desire cloud my judgment.”

Kate folded her arms. “So it was just desire, nothing more?”

I hesitated. “It does not matter now. I apologize for letting things go too far between us. It will not happen again.”
