“You’re such a romantic,” I said, but he made a good point.

Orion pulled out of me, making sure to keep the condom on, and I winced at the pull. I leaned back against the wall, my legs still a bit wobbly. Wordlessly, I pointed to the direction of my bathroom, so that Orion could dispose of the condom.

Walking back towards me, he said, “I only had one.”

“I have a box in the bathroom,” I informed him, thankful for my healthy sexual appetite.

“That fit me?” he asked, a well-earned smirk on his face.

“Can we Door Dash condoms?” I asked.

Orion grinned. “I’ll be back in a bit. Make sure that you’re waiting on the bed for me, you’re legs already spread, baby.” The cocky sonofabitch winked at me before leaving to get more reinforcements.

Chapter 19

Orion~

Away games used to never bother me, but now I understood the misery. Even though this thing with me and Sinclair was new, I missed her already. The last two nights had been the best nights of my life, and the saucy wench even checked my shoulder after we had sex each time.

Sinclair Hansen was fucking perfect for me.

That was my only thought as my phone kept ringing. I was all smiles as the guys accepted the video call one by one. It was early as fuck, but they’d just have to deal with it. I couldn’t count how many times that I’d been the one answering the phone at all hours of the morning or night. Titan was the worst, though Atlas had called from jail a time or two.

“This better be important,” Titan complained. “I just got to sleep a couple of hours ago.”

“Hey, you’re supposed to be keeping it in your pants,” Sebastian reminded him.

“I am, asshole,” Titan grumbled. “I can still go out and have a drink, you dick.”

“Celibacy is making you cranky,” Atlas chimed in.

“Because you’re not in a bad mood every night?” Titan flung back.

“Oh, shut up,” Raven said. “No one is actually celibate, and we all know it.”

“Maybe not,” Titan conceded. “But you try going from ninety to fifteen. It’s not fun.”

“I’m engaged,” Raven quipped. “I don’t have to change gears. Thank God.”

“Are you fuckers done?” I asked.

Titan grinned. “To what do we owe the pleasure, O?”

“I’m in love,” I announced like I was on a gameshow.

“You’re in love?” Raven echoed.

“With the basketball-player-hating-athlete-despising-violent-razor-tongued menace?” Sebastian asked.

“Whoa, wait,” Atlas cut in. “How the fuck does Bast know about your basketball-player-hating-athlete-despising menace, but we don’t?”

“She hates basketball players?” Raven asked.

“She hates you more, Raven,” Sebastian informed him.

“Me? What’d I do?”

“Your touchdown in overtime against the Hawks knocked them out of the playoffs,” I explained.
