Stained glass windows, adorned with vibrant depictions of saints and angels, bathed the cathedral in a kaleidoscope of hues. Thesoft glow of sunlight filtered through the colored panes, casting the room with an ethereal glow.

The aisle stretched before me, lined with bouquets of exquisite flowers arranged in perfect harmony. Delicate blue delphiniums, soft pink hydrangeas, and regal purple irises were interwoven in a tapestry of colors, creating a breathtaking contrast against the ivory backdrop of the chapel.

Truthfully, the chapel was even more beautiful than the last.

My bridesmaids and Connor and Caden’s groomsmen were already waiting at the altar. Without meaning to, I sighed with relief at seeing Kieran, Cormac, Shane, and Aidan all standing together. They’d completely recovered from their injuries in the attack, and now they looked stronger than ever, especially clad in tailored black tuxedos that hugged their massive forms. My gaze lingered on them for a moment before it turned to Caden and Connor.

The sight of them dressed in impeccably tailored black tuxedos stole my breath away.

In the soft glow of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the brothers looked nothing short of regal. Their eyes, warm with love and anticipation, met mine, and a tender smile played on their lips. The contrast of their dark suits against the luminous backdrop of the chapel accentuated how remarkably handsome they were.

The soft beats of the wedding march began to fill the grandeur of the church. With each note, my heartbeat quickened, echoing the melody until they were completely in tune with one another.

Emma looked up at me, her young face glowing with excitement, and I smiled down at her. She was only four, but she looked like a little lady and carried herself like one. Dressed in a sage greengown, she looked like a little princess with lace wrapped around the bodice and a satin sash tied around her waist.

“You’re so pretty,” she said out loud, and I couldn’t help but laugh softly.

“You’re so sweet, Emma,” I replied.

An older woman named Irma stood beside us with a baby boy in her arms. She owned the coffee shop a few blocks away from Shawmut Avenue called the Roasted Bean.

“You,” she pointed at me with a sly smile.

“Yes?” I asked.

“I can’t wait to hear the whole story about how you bagged two of the most eligible Murphy brothers. You should come by the Roasted Bean. You can tell me all about it over a cup of coffee, on the house of course,” she grinned.

My eyes must have opened wide because she laughed so hard that her entire body shook. I couldn’t tell her the whole thing, especially the part where Caden and Connor both spanked me when I was sassy.

“Something tells me it’ll be a really good story,” she winked.

“Can’t wait,” I replied, smiling widely, and trying to cover up my sudden embarrassment. I’d have to leave the raunchy parts out, but now was not the time to worry about that.

I was about to get married.

“Come now, Emma. It’s time!” Irma whispered to the little girl, and she jumped with an adorable, excited squeal.

Emma bolted forward and then remembered herself, taking small, careful steps as she scattered white rose petals down the aisle. She ran out by the time she reached the end. Kieran beckoned her over and she skipped over to him. With a loving, warm smile, he looked down at her like she was his own flesh and blood. It was a beautiful moment to witness, but now it was my time.

I took another deep breath, steadying my nerves, and prepared to take the first step towards the rest of my life.

I took that step with confidence.

Everything that had happened in my life had led to this moment. Before I’d met the twins, I thought I was doomed to a loveless marriage with a man that would rule over me with an iron fist. Instead, I was walking down the aisle to marry two men, and with every step, an undeniable truth radiated through me.

I loved them both.

Connor, with his easygoing nature and warm charm, had a way of making every moment feel like a breeze. His strength lay not only in his physical prowess, but in the gentleness that he reserved for me. He was my steady anchor, a pillar of support that grounded me even in the stormiest of times.

Caden, on the other hand, possessed a darker allure that drew me in. His enigmatic personality, combined with a lovable demeanor known only to those closest to him, pulled me in each and every day. He challenged me, igniting a fire within that craved the depth he offered.

Together, they made my heart whole.

My face lit up with a smile as I approached my two men. Each step seemed to take forever. I just wanted to be in their arms. I wanted their sweet kisses on my lips, and more than anything, I wanted to be their wife. Time slowed to a crawl, the seconds ticking by like years, until at long last, I stood before my grooms.

The priest’s voice resonated through the grandeur of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, setting the stage for the sacred union. “Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the joining of these two men and this woman in holy matrimony.”

Connor’s eyes bored into mine, a mixture of love and excitement dancing within them. “Anastasia, from the moment we met, my life gained new meaning. You’ve brought light and warmth into every corner of my existence. I promise to stand by your side, to cherish and protect you, in joy and in sorrow, now and forever. I know it’s not technically legal for two men to marry the same woman, but since when have the Murphys worried about what’s legal, anyway?”
