“Like I could sleep knowing you were touching yourself. LOL. How was it?”

“Good.”

“How many times did you get off?”

“Once.”

“Only once?”

“Only ever once.”

“Oh, you make me so sad. A girl should get off until she physically can’t.”

“I’ve never gotten off more than once.”

“Maybe it’s the liquor talking, but I’d love to change that.”

“How?”

“How? God so many ways. The things I would do to you.”

“Like?”

“First, I’d kiss you again because that kiss was out of this world. Then, I’d go down on you until you were begging me tostop. I have a lot of ground to make up for. I’d lap at that pussy of yours for hours.”

“I wonder if it even feels good.”

“Oh, it does. I have many testimonies to prove it.”

“Wes.” I reply. I’m getting turned on again, but I think we need to stop this conversation before I break and go to him.

“I’m sorry. Just friends. I know.”

“Goodnight, Wes.”

“Goodnight, Abbey.”

The next morning, when I wake, my face is stretched wide with a smile. So wide, it hurts. I can feel my cheeks aching. I have a friend. He likes me. I get to hang out on his bus today.

I bounce up to Sue, who is sitting at the kitchen table.

“You and Wes are all over the internet. Someone got a nice picture of you two dancing.” She says.

“Really?” She lifts her phone to me so I can stare at the photo.

It’s one of Wes standing still while I move against him. It is a nice picture. I can’t help but smile. We look good together. It pains me, but I have to remember we are just friends.

“Still just friends?” Sue questions, her voice laced with something I can’t place, while she looks at me.

“Yes.” I nod.

“We’ll see how long that lasts, with the way he looks at you.” She laughs. “You could do much worse, I guess.”

“We are just friends.” I shrug. “Bathroom?”

“Five minutes.” She says.
