The last six months had been pretty close to perfect. He and Xeni continued their work in the community. José Garza had won the primary. His dad was now dating the woman he’d met at the dog park. Kimberly had a quirky way about her, but she was very kind and thoughtful, and she and her Frenchie, Pope John Paul, fit into Lars’s life just fine. Wes was moved into his new place and working on opening an LA office for his boss. At the end of the summer, Alex would be coming home, too. He’d been notified of his final placement, right up the road at ULA’s medical center. He’d be working under one Dr. Sloan Copeland. All the Breivik men would be back together again.

He and Meegan had been back to The Club a half dozen times. After their afternoon of group fun, she’d realized she wasn’t ready to give up everything The Club had to offer, including a safe communal space where she could play with her friends and her man. If she was ready to try again, so was Olin.

With Daniel’s help and Keira’s creative thinking, the reputation of Mr. O, aka Mr. Wayne, aka The Commish, aka Coach spread through The Club. Olin was reintroduced as a cold, closed-off man of business who spoke to Meegan and Meegan only. He also wore discreet earplugs for when Angel was in their zone. He liked focusing on his Kitten’s pleasure in that setting and having Meegan pleasure him. He was learning so much from the other members that the price of admission was definitely worth it.

The dungeon in his home was finished and he and Meegan had broken it in nicely. Olin was still working his impact training with Mistress Diana. He needed to work more on his crop wielding skills, but he looked forward to the nights when he strapped Meegan to the new cross in his home and flogged her to the edge of her orgasm, her body all pink and warm. And, in a few weeks, it would be their home because Meegan was moving in with him. She came and went whenever she pleased, but he couldn’t wait to have her with him all the time.

“What are you doing with a baby?”

Olin looked over his shoulder as Duke came around the table and grabbed the seat beside him, careful not to jostle the kid.

“Her mom heard ‘from the nine nine to the two thousands’ and threw her at me.”

“Do you know who her mom is?” Duke asked.

“Sure don’t, but I guess this means I’m a part of the family now.”

“Guess so.”

“So, you wanna tell me why Daniella isn’t here as your plus one?”

“Not you with this,” Duke groaned.

“Listen, you told me, Michael and Meegan you would call her when you got off tour. The tour is over, my dude.”

“Yeah, yeah— Hey! Look over there!” Duke hopped up and ran, hiding behind a group of guests that was posted up near the dessert table. Olin shook his head. He knew taking a chance on love could be scary, but all of Duke’s family and friends knew how much Duke loved Daniella, and he would never get her back if he didn’t call her.

The song ended and the DJ called all the couples to the floor for another slow dance. Olin was glad he’d danced cheek to cheek with Meegan earlier in the evening. He watched as she heaved a heavy sigh, still laughing with her cousin. She caught his eye and immediately made her way over.

“How’d you get your hands on Co Jo?” she breathed as she flopped down in the chair Duke had cowardly just vacated.

“Is that who this is?”

“Coco Jr.” Meegan leaned over and touched the sleeping baby’s chubby cheek. “She’s my favorite. Don’t tell the other kids. You want me to hold her?”

“Nah, I got it. It’s strangely calming.”

“You’re a true uncle now. In four and half years, you’re gonna make a great father,” she said, her bright smile squeezing pleasantly around his heart. Meegan reached over and draped his thigh with the hand that was sporting the emerald cut diamonds he’d proposed with a couple of months ago. Olin watched as she swayed to the romantic song. She’d made it clear that she wanted to dance and eat cake, and then they were going back to their hotel room so Olin could tie her up and do very filthy things to her.

He was looking forward to it. He was looking forward to waking up with her the next morning and the morning after that. It was the easiest decision he’d ever made in his life, loving her forever.

The End
