“Hey, lass,” he says, then nods to Killian as he goes to the fridge and grabs a bottle of water.

“Hey,” I say. “I’m not sharing my sandwich with you, so I hope you didn’t come in here with any ideas.”

Patrick laughs, and Killian shakes his head, but I can see the corners of his mouth twitching.

“No worries. I just came in for some water,” he says with a wink. “After you have lunch, you and Cali want to get some fresh air? I can take you on a hike to the creek. It’s a nice day.”

My eyes widen, and I nod then look at Killian. “Please? Can we? We haven’t been outside all day. It’s not healthy to be inside all the time. Please, please, please?”

I can tell by the look in his eyes he’s not going to deny me. He rarely does when it’s something I really want. And going outside and hiking to the creek sounds like heaven. Every day since we’ve been here, one of the men has taken us on a hike around the massive property which is on a different mountain than the first one we were on. They’re usually short outings, but Cali and I love them. We always pretend we’re going on a major expedition. Yesterday, we pretended we were hunting for gold. The day before, we looked for bears. There definitely aren’t bears on this land. It’s unfortunate.

“Fine. You can go but when you get back, I want you to go straight to our room and lie down for a full hour. And it’s early bedtime tonight. Got it?”

I pump my fist in the air. “Yes! I’m gonna go find Cali.”

Of course, my sister is thrilled when I tell her.

“If we’re going to the creek, we need to hunt for sharks. There have to be sharks in there,” I say.

Her brown eyes widen as she bobs her head. “Definitely sharks.”

She follows me back to the kitchen, and Killian ends up making her a sandwich too.

“Since you two think Cheetos and candy are actual food, I want you to eat your entire sandwiches,” he says as he slides the plates to us.

“Hey, maybe we should take some Cheetos on our hike and leave them out for the bears,” I say.

Cali squeals. “Yes! No one can turn down yummy cheesy finger-shaped foods.”

Killian shoots us a skeptical look. “I’m pretty sure they can. Those things look disgusting.”

My mouth drops open. “Have you never had a Cheeto, Daddy?”

“Never in my life, and I never plan to. I don’t want you eating them either, but I’m afraid if I take them away you might smother me in my sleep.”

I giggle. “I would definitely smother you. They’re the best thing since sliced bread.”

The look he gives me makes me snort, and Cali bursts out laughing.

“Come to the dark side, Daddy… We have Cheetos and candy,” I say as I crook my finger at him.

He walks around the island and lowers his mouth to my neck, his beard causing goosebumps to rise on my flesh.

“The only dark side I’m coming to is your pretty little asshole tonight. Be good and have fun,” he whispers.

My eyes bug out, and I nearly choke on my sandwich, but my body reacts in a totally different way. My pussy aches, and my breasts feel heavier in my bra. I turn to look up at him, and his gaze searches mine for several seconds. He gives me a slow, sexy smile before he presses a kiss to my lips.

“I love you, Little girl. I’ll see you in a few hours.”

I melt at those three words. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of hearing them.

“I love you too, Daddy.”

As soon as he disappears from the room, Cali elbows me, a grin plastered on her face. “I knew you’d fall in love with him.”

I scoff. “You did not.”

She nods, looking quite pleased with herself. “I totally did. Daddy owes me a thousand dollars. I bet him you would be in love with him within a month. He bet me it would take three months.”
