“Listen, Gloria. Money is no object, and I will pay whatever it takes to marry the love of my life before I leave here, and I want the wedding here. Do you understand me?”

“Let me see what I can do.” She typed away on her computer. “We do have the Fountain Courtyard available on Saturday at five p.m., but it’s an extra twenty-five thousand dollars for that time. Any ceremony after three p.m. costs more.”

“I’ll take it.”

“Excellent.” She smiled. “I also have a wedding package you may be interested in. It includes all the flowers, including a floral archway you’ll be married under, a walkway of rose petals, a photographer, a pianist or harpist to play music, and the officiant to perform the ceremony. We also have a dedicated wedding staff to help coordinate everything on the wedding day. But being this is a last-minute wedding, it will cost more.”

“That’s fine. As I said, money is no object. I not only want a beautiful bouquet for my fiancée, but I also want smaller bouquets for all the girls and a boutonniere for all the guys since they’ll all be standing up with us.” I smiled as I looked at my brothers.

“That can be arranged.”

“I also need full spa services for all the girls. Manicures, pedicures, hair, and makeup.”

“How many girls are we talking about, Mr. Kind?”

“Twelve, including my beautiful bride.”

“Oh dear. I’m afraid we don’t have?—”

“Make it happen, Gloria.”

“Yes, of course.”

“We’ll also need tuxedos for twelve. Can you help me with that?”

“Yes.”

“And I know you have a Tiffany here. So, I’ll need you to set up an appointment for us to look at rings, preferably tonight.”

“I will make that happen and send you a text message with the time. Now, about the reception.”

“I would like it at Picasso and just for the family only.”

“In that case, I’ll have to charge you a buyout fee of 150 people.”

“That’s fine. And make sure there’s a wedding cake. My fiancée is a baker who owns her own bakery, so the cake has to be as elegant and beautiful as the chef can make it.”

“No worries. We’ll take care of it for you. Don’t forget about a marriage license.” She pulled a card out from the top drawer of her desk. “Here’s the address to the courthouse. I would advise being there first thing in the morning when they open. Once you have the license, bring it to me. I’ll go ahead and make all the final arrangements and text you with times.”

“Thank you, Gloria.” I stood up and extended my hand. “I appreciate all of your help.”

“You’re welcome, Mr. Kind. I’ll be in touch.” She smiled.

My brothers and I left her office.

“Your small family wedding cost way more than mine.” Gabriel smirked.

“I don’t care. I’d pay millions to give Zoey the perfect wedding.”

“Well, how did it go?” Shaun asked as we met the guys back in the lounge.

“We’re getting married Saturday at five p.m. in the Fountain Courtyard.”

“Beautiful place and time.” He smiled.

“I’ll be right back. I need to call Zoey.” I pulled my phone from my pocket and walked over to a spot where it was quiet.

“Hello, my future husband.”
