Oakleigh’s voice is overshadowed by the rumble of another bike growing closer to the club.

Furrowing my brows, I’m about to speak when she does.

“Are we expecting anyone else?”

I shake my head, “Not that I know of.”

We both head back downstairs, the bike growing closer.

Hammer exits into the garage and within a couple of minutes, another familiar face is greeting me. “Razor!”

Axel strides toward me with a woman in tow behind him.

Axel is a full patch member at our Billings charter, and I have no idea who the woman is with him.

"Axel," I greet him, trying to not seem too surprised. "What brings you here?"

“I was hoping we could have a chat,” he replies, his eyes flickering from the woman back to me. “You have a few minutes?”

“Sure,” I comment as I look over to Hammer, a silent warning not to cause any more issues right now.

We move through the main area, head down the hall, and go into one of the side rooms.

Axel comes inside, the woman with him too, and shuts the door behind him.

I figured this was some sort of club business, but it can’t be if she’s in here too.

I look between the two of them, “So, what’s up?”

The woman, who has dark sea green hair, smiles brightly at me. “I’m Rosa,”

Rosa, I’ve heard her name before.

She’s Axel’s wife.

I think she used to be a clubwhore, but I can’t be too certain.

“Rosa’s my wife,” Axel introduces her, confirming my suspicions.

"It’s nice to meet you," I say politely, my mind racing with questions.

Does she need something from me?

"Likewise," Rosa replies, her voice soft yet firm. "I don’t know how else to say this, so I’m going to come straight out with it. I think you might be my half-brother.”

Her words hit me like a punch to the gut, and I’m left wondering if I heard her correctly.

"Sorry, what?” I stutter out, taken back by what she’s said.

"Ricardo," she says, uttering my birth name–a name I haven't heard spoken aloud in years. "I had someone looking into my family, and specifically, my half-brother’s whereabouts. He found out that his name is Ricardo Ramirez, but he goes by Razor. I didn’t put the pieces together until Axel mentioned he knew someone named Razor, someone who was gonna be the VP for this charter.”

Axel and I share a glance, while the wait of what she’s said hits me like a ton of bricks.

“Ramirez was my biological father’s last name,” I confirm, wondering how much she knows.

Rosa sucks in a deep breath and laughs nervously, “I know I probably seem crazy coming here, telling you this, but we share the same father—Rafael Ramirez.”

Ah, there it is.
