Dante did not respond.

Adrienne targeted her bullet at the shot he was holding, shattering it and leaving a narrow cut on Dante’s hand. “Do you fucking understand me?”

Dante gave a reluctant nod.

“Now get the fuck out of my fiancée’s club.”

Dante and the three men he still had standing took a walk of shame out of the club. Adrienne’s tears were falling harder now, and her hands were quivering as she kept her gun pointed in the direction her papa had just left from.

I went to her, took the gun, and cleaned her tears. “You did well, malysh.” I tilted her head up and gazed into her twinkling gray eyes. “You did well.”

“Fuck,” she sniffled. “I thought I’d become weak when I saw him and mess it all up.” She gave me a beautiful smile through her tears.

“But you didn’t, because you’re a Levov, malysh.”

“I am a Levov,” she confirmed. “Come with me.” She dragged me to the hall where we’d argued before Dante interrupted our peace, picked her purse from the floor, and brought out a pair of cufflinks. “I got these for you, I didn’t know if you’d like them since I bought them with your money.”

I took the diamonds from her. “No one has ever gotten me a gift, not even my brothers.” She was beaming with pride, and happiness, her lashes still wet with tears. “I didn’t know I’d ever say these words to anyone, but God, I fucking love you, Adrienne.”

Her cheeks turned red under the warm white light in the hall. “I love you too, Andrei. With my whole heart.”

I slowly leaned down to her, parted her mouth, and kissed her softly on the lips. I didn’t give a fuck if I had five minutes to live or if this woman would someday drive a knife into my heart. I just wanted to love her.

Till the day I took my last breath.

Epilogue - Adrienne

Eight months later…

“It’s a girl!” Andrei announced to the room at large, filled with glee and a kind of excitement I’d never seen him wear. “It’s a baby girl.”

The doctor and nurse gave me a knowing smile before giving us our privacy.

Andrei came to me and placed the baby in my arms. “She looks just like me,” he boasted. It wasn’t a lie; she had his dark hair and the same blue eyes the Levovs were known for. “Looks like you lost the bet, Mrs. Levov.”

I gave a weak smile; twenty hours of labor was no joke for this cute tiny human to come out looking just like her papa. “What do you want, husband?”

He seemed lost in thought for a second, before whispering his answer into my ear. “Kiss me.”

“A kiss?”

He nodded.

“That is all you want with a wish like that?” I rolled my eyes at how naughty he was, suddenly feeling strong enough to give a wide grin. “Choose wisely, Mr. Levov, you may never get an opportunity like this one again.”

“That is what I want,” he insisted.

“Alright.” I wrapped one of my hands around his neck and pulled him down then pressed my lips on his cheeks when the door flew open.

Three giant Levovs entered inside with balloons, confetti, and teddy bears in both blue and pink.

“I can’t believe I’m now an uncle.” Isidor took the baby from my arms. “Is it a boy?”

Dimitri smacked him on the head. “That’s obviously a girl, you imbecile.”

“Does she have a name yet?” Mikhail asked, taking the baby from Isidor. He was smiling so brightly that it warmed my heart.

“Liliya,” I said. “It was the name Andrei had chosen, and seeing how beautiful she is, it felt right to give her that name.”

“Liliya Aleksis Levov,” Andrei completed, rubbing Liliya’s head gently.

“Welcome to the world, Liliya,” Mikhail said with a smile.

With one look at the Levov boys, I knew Liliya would have the best men in the world around her. Andrei would be a good father, and his brothers would be the best uncles to my daughter. There was nothing more I could ask for when I was already blessed with a family like this one.

And I could not request a love greater than the one Andrei and I shared.
