Ash snuggled in on the other side. “Here’s Neo. He woke up first and woke Anastasia.”
“I guess that’s why we gave them both names that mean first and beginnings.” She took Neo in her other arm and kissed him too. Piers and Ash cuddled all three of them.
Piers skimmed a kiss across Sylvee’s cheek. “I’m the luckiest man alive.”
“Pretty sure that’s me.” Ash gently rubbed Neo’s round head.
Sylvee laughed. “You know that rubbing his head won’t make his hair grow any faster.”
“He’s gotta catch up to his sister, don’t you, little man?”
As if protesting her father’s words, Anastasia let out a wail.
All three of their parents chuckled as Neo, not one to be left behind, started to cry too.
Piers checked the time on his phone. “I guess our sex marathon went on longer than I thought. Time for bottles already.”
Ash leaned in to brush a kiss over Sylvee’s lips. “I’ll get the bottles.”
Before he could pull away, she cupped his nape and held him close to her. “I love you, Ash. Thank you for my beautiful life. My beautiful family.” She turned her head. “You too, Piers. I love all of you with everything in my heart and soul.”
Piers leaned in to kiss her too.
Sylvee let out a happy sigh. When she came to Alaska to visit her old friends on The Boot Knockers Ranch, she never knew she’d be gaining a new lease on life…and immeasurable love.
