"No, no, no," Creed grumbles, rushing to where I stand and pointing a finger in my face. "No! I see that look in your eye. You aren't putting a tracker on Sky. She's an adult and she has her own security. If you do that she will never trust us again. We just got her back and I'm not letting you ruin our chance of keeping her."

"You're too soft, Creed. That's always been your problem," I tell him without hesitation. He knows I don't say it as a bad thing even if it sounds that way. "Sky needs our protection. You're right, we just got her back but this is how we keep her. What happens if her stalker gets to her? What happens if the person who killed Ezra, targets Sky next? How would we find her?"

"That isn't going to happen," Creed demands. "She has us watching her. She has Valentina and Rome watching her. No one is going to get to her."

"You forget, someone already has. She's been receiving threats from her stalker again. Someone has gotten past us and her security team. A tracker isn't the perfect answer, but it is a start." Already, my mind is racing with ideas, with options. I'm not entirely sure how to get my hands on the type of tracker I need but I know a few people I can talk to and get the answers that are needed.

Before I get too far down that rabbit hole with my thoughts my phone rings on the counter in front of me. Snatching it up I answer. "Hello?"

"Is this Mr. Wright?" a young female's voice whispers on the other end.

"Yes, who's this?" I didn't recognize the voice and my stupid self was too consumed with my thoughts to pay attention to the caller ID before I answered.

"It's Greta from the front desk. I, uh sorry, I didn't want to call from the hotel line just in case, but Miss Everett has returned with the others."

Fucking, finally. "Thank you, Greta." I hang up before she can say anything further. "Sky is back. Let's go." I head around the counter and to the door not bothering to check if my brother is behind me. If I know Creed, he's right on my ass. Right before I reach the door it flings open once more and almost crashes into me.

"Fuck."

"Where the fuck are you two going again?" Sebastian calls out, shoving me out of the way.

Oh yeah, we are going to need to have a chat with him soon and fill him in on everything. I made the decision earlier today that Sky is mine, and I'm keeping her. That means Bas either needs to get on board or get the fuck over it. I'm not letting Sky escape us again. My Warrior Princess belongs by my side for the rest of our long lives. Right after I make whomever is targeting her pay.

"Out," I grunt, shoving past him.

"Not so fucking fast," he growls, grabbing my left arm and hauling me back.

"I suggest you remove your hand from me and don't try to stop me again," my voice coming out deadly low. I don't have the same background as my brothers. They grew up with rich parents and were spoiled. Me? I grew up on the wrong side of the tracks with an abusive father until my mother finally got out and married rich. That's when I met the guys, and my life changed. Too bad I could never forget the violence of my past and turned to underground fighting as an outlet for all the pent-up anger inside me. Bas knows I could kick his ass in a heartbeat if I wanted to. The fact that I haven't yet is a testament to our friendship, and he knows it's the only reason I haven't reacted.

He can tell by my tone I mean business and removes his hand immediately. "If you're going to that little whore, you can just save it. Her boss is here. I saw them arrive back together."

I keep my reaction hidden. Knox would cause a little bit of a problem for me, but I'm sure I could convince him to see reason eventually. "Good to know. We should probably arrange a meeting with him and find out if they have any leads. Creed and I were just on our way down to the hotel bar for some food." That's a lie, but it's one that Bas might believe.

"The hotel bar?" He lifts an eyebrow in question. "You know what? Fine. If you want to ruin your life, I'm done trying to protect you both. Sky is poison and always has been. Good luck with that sting."

I cut a quick look to Creed to see what he thinks and all he does is shrug. I guess he's just as confused as I am about why Sebastian isn't putting up more of a fight when he knows I lied about where we were going. That's going to need to be a later problem. For now, we have a woman to go hunt down and chain to our sides until I can get my hands on that tracker.

Walking out the door I head to the opposite end of the hall where Sky's room is situated. She and Valentina have been sharing a room the whole time we've been on tour. The only demand we all had was that it needed to be on the same floor as us. It started because none of us trusted her or her intentions. Now, it's my way of knowing where she is and that she's safe.

When we reach the end of the hall I pound on the door announcing our arrival. She knows I would be the only person to knock like this.

"How can we help you?" Knox inquires as he opens the door. His face tells me I interrupted something important and that he is promising death. Too bad I smile at death.

"I'm here to see, Sky," I demand, placing my hand on the door to shove it open further if he tries to stop me.

"And if she doesn't want to see you?" He smirks like he already knows the answer.

"Well, I think we should let her answer that. Don't you?" I smile darkly, hiding the anger behind my eyes. Two can play this game. I don't care if his company has been the security for this tour for the last couple of years. No, I'll kick his ass here and now if he thinks he can stop me.

"Knox," Sky calls out from somewhere deeper in her room. "Just let them in."

"You heard the woman." Now it's my turn to smirk knowing I got what I wanted. Pushing Knox aside, I stride into the room ignoring everyone until I find my woman and walk directly up to her. She's standing against the wall next to the window which makes my next move even easier. It's dangerous and she's going to be confused by it but we can deal with that later. I grasp her waist with one hand and my right comes up to grasp her neck as I push her deeper into the wall and claim her lips with my own. She doesn't even fight me but sinks into my body and our kiss. Breaking the kiss, I bite her bottom lip making sure I draw blood. " Good girl," I mutter softly enough for only her to hear.

"I came to spring you and take you to dinner," I explain, pulling her against my side and turning to face the rest of the room. Creed looks impressed from his spot near the door. Knox looks like he wants to kill me. Rome looks the same. Valentina however looks bored. Then again she knows how I feel about Sky so she shouldn't be surprised at all.

"Umm," Sky clears her throat. "I sort of already have dinner plans tonight. Can we raincheck for another day?"

"No can do, Sweetheart." The sweet name feels like ash on my tongue, but I'm not going to use her personal one with everyone else in the room. Not yet at least. "I need you tonight. They are just going to have to wait."
