“In two days,” she said, as a little shiver racked her body. “They want me in at six am.”

“Wow, that was quick,” I said, kissing the top of her head.

“It helps when the surgeon knows your boyfriend,” Noemi said.

“Boyfriend?” I asked.

“Man friend?” She suggested.

“Man friend?” Vincent scowled, pushing his chair out, sauntering towards us.

“I mean, I don’t know what kind of title you want. It’s not like I can say ‘let me introduce you to Vincent, he is my Dom.’”

She chuckled as Vincent walked towards us.

“How about husbands?” I asked, when Vincent stood next to us.

Noemi’s eyes grew wide while Vincent looked at me curiously, but I saw his approval. We had spoken about how we would go about this because I didn’t want him to feel left out.

“I know this is unconventional and we technically can’t get married to each other, but I want both of you,” I said, pulling out rings from my pocket. “I don’t want to be a Mercer anymore, so I will gladly take either of your names.”

Noemi’s ring was a simple pear-shaped diamond in a silver band. Vincent and my bands matched hers. Now that I had put my cards on the table, the silence was killing me.

“Easton Guzman-Barros, has a nice ring to it.” Noemi smiled at me.

“I think that definitely has a nice ring to it, but what sounds even better, is calling you my husband and wife.” Vincent hugged both of us making sure not to hurt either of us.

I slipped the ring on Noemi’s finger and then onto Vincent’s.

“Call me crazy, but what if we did it now?” Noemi looked at us.

“Now?” Vincent asked first.

“Yeah, head to city hall, get our name application and our marriage certificate,” she beamed, and all of my doubts went away. “We don't need an officiant; we just sign our names, but we could use one of the private rooms.”

“You don’t want a wedding?” I asked.

“Nah, I'd prefer a lavish honeymoon,” she grinned. “I’m sure after you get your money you can afford to take us somewhere nice.”

“I’m sure I could find somewhere that is less than fifty million to take you,” I smirked.

“Excuse me?” Noemi gasped.

“And you waited until now to tell us?” Vincent laughed.

“Easton, baby, let's go now!” She pulled away from us and grabbed my good hand leading us to the door.

I laughed as she turned around laughing too.

“I’m serious, I don't need a big wedding, I just want both of you,” she said, cupping my cheek and bringing me down for a kiss.

“Then give me a day to plan something and for you to go shopping for a dress,” I said, before I kissed her again.

“I don’t need a day,” she said, immediately.

“One day, Princesa, and we can get married tomorrow,” I said, already planning everything in my head.

“One day, but seriously, I don’t want something big, and I would rather go somewhere really nice,” she said, kissing my cheek.
