They slide off the couch and go down on one knee in front of me. “Alex, will you marry us?”
My hands go to my mouth and I nod my head without a second thought.
“Wait!” I cry out. “I need to know something first.”
“Anything,” Dimitri answers.
“Does it have a room for a nursery?”
They look confused at first, then it’s like a lightbulb goes off.
“Are you saying we’re going to be dads?”
“Yep, in about seven months.”
They look at each other, smiling, before wrapping their arms around me, hugging me tightly.
