“Well, it involves a sex worker who got robbed by her john after he handcuffed her to a bed. I figured Jacob had a handcuff key, and I was right. He rode to the rescue. I gave him what for about Alexis after he handed it over. Obviously, he took it to heart. I then went to Arcadia to extort a Rolex from said john, since his wife was on her way to the door to see why someone was knocking after nine at night. We were stopped beside my bed.
Cap said nothing.
“Please don’t be mad I didn’t call you to get the handcuff key, you and I weren’t in the right place,” I requested.
“Mm,” was his only reply, but fortunately, I didn’t get a ticked feeling from him.
Therefore, I asked, “I was wondering if you could teach me the boot in the door trick?”
“I was right,” he said.
“About what?” I queried.
“I didn’t want to know.”
I looked to his shoulder. “Gotcha.”
“Baby,” he called.
I looked to his eyes.
“I might not want to know, but I’m glad you told me.”
I smiled.
He tilted his head to the side. “Wanna see if I can fuck you in half?”
I grinned and just caught myself from clapping my hands together and bouncing on my toes. “Yes, please.”
He fell forward.
I fell back.
We hit bed.
And he didn’t fuck me in half.
But he had mad power in his hips.
So it was close.
And it wasglorious.

Meditation music drifted in the room, waking me up.
