“Sure is,” Brielle said.

Mia smiled and picked up her phone. “I’ll text you the link.”

“Thanks.”

“Go shower,” Jazz said. “We’ll be finished with all of this by the time you’re done, then Brielle and I will show you around.”

“Take her to Leather and Ink,” Willa said. “If she’s gonna run with a biker club, she needs to dress the part.”

“I’m not running with a biker club,” I protested.

“No?” Mia asked, raising her brows. “Then why is Bones telling everyone who will listen that he’s pursuing you?”

I blinked and slowly collapsed into a vacant chair. “Why would he do that? Bones and I—there’s nothing there. Sure, he’s flirted with me since I got here and offered to show me around, but that’s just flirting. It isn’t even a thing.”

“Clearly he has other ideas on the matter,” Willa said.

“But why?” I demanded.

“Uh, maybe because you’re hot?” Jazz suggested.

“And you’ve got freckles right across the bridge of your nose,” Brielle pointed out.

My hand hastily went to my nose. “What’s that got to do with anything?”

“It makes you look innocent. And corruptible,” Brielle said.

“And you’ve got this vulnerable thing going on,” Mia added. “Like you need to be protected.”

Willa nodded. “That’s like, biker bait.”

“Totally,” Mia added.

“My head is spinning,” I murmured.

“You really aren’t interested in Bones?” Mia asked.

I shook my head.

“What about one of the other guys?” Mia pressed.

“Don’t tell her anything,” Jazz warned with a teasing smile. “You never tell one of the Old Ladies if you have a crush on someone. They talk amongst each other, and then before you know it everyone knows your business.”

“They’re also like busy-body matchmakers,” Brielle added.

“We’re not busy-bodies,” Mia protested. “And we don’t gossip.”

Jazz pinned her with a stare.

“Okay, so we gossip. But not maliciously. And only so we can get people together so they make cute little biker babies. It’s for the common good,” Mia said.

Willa snorted. “You guys were relentless when Duke and I were getting together.”

“It worked though, didn’t it?” Mia flashed a grin. “You got married. You took his last name. And now you’re pregnant. See? Job well done.”

“I don’t know why you’re opening up another bar,” Brielle said. “You should offer match-making services instead. I’d hire you. My dating life is shit.”

“You’ve got three protective older brothers. Of course your love life is shit,” Jazz said.
