INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ cups mashed sweet potatoes

• ¾ cup brown sugar

• ¼ cup white sugar

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp nutmeg

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• ¼ tsp allspice

• 3 eggs

• 1 ¼ cup evaporated milk

• 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients

2. Bake in a 450-degree oven for 10 minutes.

3. Lower the temperature to 350 degrees, then bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Don’t tell them it’s sweet potato pie. They’ll think it’s pumpkin!
