METHOD
1. Blend sugar, salt, and Crisco ™
3. Add and blend in eggs, mashed bananas, flour, baking soda, and vanilla
4. Dredge or fold in the pecans.
5. Set oven to 350 degrees
6. Bake 1 hour in small loaf pans or less if using cupcake tins.
(You can save your overripe bananas in the freezer until you’re ready to bake a big batch of banana bread!)

• 3 eggs, beaten
• ¼ cup butter or margarine
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup pecans
• 1 tsp vanilla
METHOD
1. Mix together and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust
2. Bake in a 350-degree oven until crust is browned.
