“Mmm. Don’t stop.”

Kyrie’s hands paused. I opened my eyes and immediately regretted those damn words. A slow, wicked smirk was already spreading across his face.

“See?” he murmured. “Then you wonder why the fuck I’m like this.”

I snatched one of the pillows from beside me and threw it at his head.

“Why do you always have to make everything so damn sexual?” I laughed, shaking my head.

“I can’t help it, ma.” A slow smirk pulled at Kyrie’s lips as his eyes dragged over me. “My dick gets hard every time I’m around you.”

My mouth dropped open. “Alright, you know what?”

“What?” he asked, his face turning innocent like he hadn’t just said what the hell he said.

“We are not about to go there.”

“Go where?” His tongue slid across his bottom lip, and the amusement dancing in his eyes told me he knew exactly what the hell he was doing.

“Kyrie, don’t play dumb.”

“I ain’t playing dumb, ma.” He leaned a little closer, that damn smirk still on his face. “I’m just asking a question.”

“Uh-huh.” I pressed my hand against his chest before he could get any closer. “And I’m changing the subject before your ass has us doing something we ain’t got no business doing.”

His brow lifted. “Who said we ain’t got no business doing it?”

“Kyrie.”

“What?” He laughed, finally backing up.

I stared at him for a second before shaking my head. There was no winning with this man once his mind went there.

“Anyway,” I dragged out, giving him a look. “I set my doctor’s appointment.”

That wiped some of the playfulness from his face.

“You did?”

“Yeah.”

“When?”

I should've known that was going to be the first damn question out of his mouth.

“Tuesday at ten.”

“Aight.”

I raised a brow. “Aight, what?”

“What you mean, aight what?” His face twisted. “We got a doctor’s appointment Tuesday at ten.”

I couldn’t help but laugh. “We?”

“Yeah, we.” He looked at me like I had asked the dumbest question in the world. “That’s my baby in there too.”

“I know that, Kyrie. I just didn’t know if you had rehab or something.”
