“Nothing.”
“Clearly it’s something.” She dropped on the other end of the couch before looking at me. “You sitting over here talking to yourself.”
“I wasn’t talking to myself.”
“Alexia, I literally just heard you.”
I rolled my eyes and looked back at my phone.
Marissa leaned over, trying to see my screen.
“Is that Sianni?”
I immediately locked my phone.
“Why you worried about who it is?”
Her face twisted. “Girl, ain’t nobody worried. I’m asking because every time I look up, you somewhere stalking that girl.”
“I don’t stalk that bitch.”
“Could’ve fooled me.”
I cut my eyes at her.
Marissa lifted both hands. “I’m just saying.”
“Well, don’t.”
She stared at me for a few seconds before shaking her head.
“You still on that shit, ain’t you?”
“On what shit?”
“Alexia.”
“What?”
“That Kyrie and Sianni shit.”
I sucked my teeth. “I’m not on shit.”
“Then why you mad because they’re still together?”
“I never said I was mad.”
“You don’t have to.”
I looked over at her.
Marissa stared right back at me.
“I’m serious, Lex. You already sent them pictures to the blogs. It didn’t do whatever the hell you thought it was gon’ do. Let that shit go.”
I laughed under my breath.
“Who said it didn’t work?”
