Sianni stepped through the front door with both hands full of shopping bags.
“Wassup, baby?” I asked, closing the distance between us. I kissed her on the lips before taking the bags from her hands.
“Hey.”
She smiled into the kiss, finally letting go of the bags.
I didn't know what the hell she bought, but judging by the amount she was carrying, it looked like she'd hit damn near every store in the mall.
She kicked her shoes off by the door before dragging herself over to the couch. The second she sat down, she leaned her head back against the cushion with a long sigh.
Damn… she looked worn out.
I carried the bags to our room, dropped them by the dresser, and then headed back to the living room.
“Come here,” I said as I sat beside her.
She cracked one eye open.
“What?”
“I said come here.”
I hooked an arm around her waist and eased her closer until she was pressed against my side. Then, I lifted her feet into my lap and started rubbing slow circles into the arches.
“Kyrie…”
“Wassup, baby?” I asked, glancing up at her.
She wrinkled her nose.
“You need to go take a shower. I can smell yo’ ass all the way over here.”
I sucked my teeth.
“Whatever, shawty. I don't stink.”
“The hell you don't.” She laughed, trying to scoot away. “You smell like straight gym, and it's making my stomach turn.”
I grinned.
“Bring yo’ fine, chocolate ass here.”
Before she could escape, I wrapped both arms around her and pulled her against my chest.
“Eww! Kyrie!” she squealed, squirming in my grip. “What the hell?”
She tried pushing away, but I wasn't letting her go that easy.
“You don't be complaining when I'm sweating and I'm fucking the shit outta you.”
“That is different,” she shot back.
“How it's different, ma?” I said, lifting a brow.
“’Cause I be sweaty too.”
I laughed.
