“Why won’t you stay in my room at the clubhouse?” Daddy asked. “You’ll be comfortable in there, and it’ll be quiet.”

“Because I know that, if Deccan is there, Echo will most likely be there as well, and I know she’ll want to hang out. It’ll be weird to hang out in your room with her. I don’t think she’ll be comfortable,” Rae explained. “So maybe another room? Or it could be the main room where I met everyone for the first time?”

“It will be loud there,” Levi said. “But if you really want to, then we can make sure not everyone is there.”

“Oh, then maybe a room that Echo and I can hang out in comfortably,” she gently said.

“I’ll find a room that isn’t Butch’s and get everything set up. Don’t you worry,” Reaper said.

“Not your room, either.” Levi smacked him on the shoulder.

Reaper raised his hands. “I wasn’t going to suggest my room. Yeesh, I don’t have a death wish. I know these two ladies are taken. You don’t have to worry about a thing.”

Rae giggled and relaxed into Daddy’s chest.

“We’ll get out of your hair. See you tomorrow. I’ll have the room ready at any point, so come whenever,” Reaper said, standing up. “Come on, Levi. You’re cooking lunch. If you don’t get gone now, you’re never going to hear the end of it.”

Before she knew it, both of them were out of the house, leaving Daddy and her alone.

“That went better than I thought,” she whispered to herself. “Though I do have a headache, and I do want to take the cochlear implant out, but it was fun.”

It had been a lot different from the last time she’d seen them. Something had changed, and she liked it. They were actually behaving like friends and not people she had to be afraid of.

“Do you want to go take a nap?” Daddy asked.

“Not really,” she mumbled.

“Then we can deal with your punishment now.”

Her eyes went wide as she twisted her body to look at Daddy. “Punishment? What do you mean, punishment? I did nothing wrong.”

Daddy gave her an unimpressed look. “You really don’t know what you did wrong?”

Well, she had some ideas, but she wasn’t going to say any of them. What she said to Levi, about the girl he liked, could have been considered rude, and maybe she shouldn’t have said them.

“You cursed, not once but twice,” Daddy announced. “You know cursing is a big no-no. It’s one of your rules, and yet you still did it.”

“But I was doing it so that Levi would pay attention to what I was saying. It made perfect sense, and I shouldn’t get in trouble for that,” she tried to reason with Daddy.

But of course he wasn’t having any of it. “There are different ways to get your point across than cursing. We went over the rules, and you agreed to them. You also agreed that, if you were to ever break one of them, it was punishment time.”

“I didn’t actually think you were going to do it!” Her voice grew louder.

Daddy raised his right eyebrow. “You knew I was going to do it. I did it back in high school. You knew that I would have no problems putting you over my knee and spanking your bottom or making you write lines. I think you wanted to test me. I think you’ve needed a spanking for a while, but you didn’t know how to ask for one.”

“No one would ask for a spanking.” She wrinkled her nose.

“Some Littles do. Some know that the only way for them to release their emotions and the guilt is by getting spanked, so some ask for it. And some ask for it whenever it’s a pleasure spanking, which I think you would actually enjoy,” Daddy said.

Rae’s cheeks heated, and she looked away. “I don’t think I would.”

Daddy chuckled. “I wouldn’t knock it till you’ve tried it. Some people like a little pain with their pleasure.”

She shook her head.

“Now, let’s get it over with. You know what you did wrong,” Daddy said. “Do you want a spanking or do you want to write lines?”

Raelynn didn’t want to do either. She wanted Daddy to forget about everything and pretend that what she’d done was good. It was to help Levi, and he needed to pay attention to her.
