That night, as we sat down to a romantic dinner at one of my favorite spots, I realize that Charity was acting differently. Rather than being the sweet girl I had tried to get to know at the wedding, she sat there awkwardly in the seat across from me with a puzzled look on her face. Halfway through dinner, I grew curious and finally decided to say something.

"What's on your mind?" I asked after taking a minute to consider my question. Charity took a deep breath and looked me dead in the eye.

"Would you be my daddy?" she asked, catching me off-guard. I nearly sputtered the bit of wine that I had drank all over the table as I stared at her in shock and disbelief, trying to comprehend what she had just said.

"Excuse me?" I asked, and she took another breath.

"Will you be my Daddy?" she asked again, her voice absolutely certain.

I stared at her a moment, trying to wrap my head around her question in order to find the proper response. It was unexpected and a really difficult question to answer, especially since I was certain even she didn't know what she was asking. After turning the question over in my head again and again, I finally spoke.

"Do you even know what a Daddy is?" I asked, and she nodded in response.

"It's a dominant man who takes care of his female counterpart," she recited, and I felt confused by her explanation.

"Where did you hear that?" I asked, and she lowered her gaze.

"It's how I understood it," she admitted. "However, it was explained differently when I asked." Raising my eyebrow at her, I stared at her expectantly.

"Who did you ask what a Daddy is?" I asked, trying to track down where everything went wrong at this exact moment. At first, she didn't seem to want to respond, but, after a while, she finally caved.

"I asked Derek, Heather, and several other people I met at the Daddy and Little wedding," she finally admitted. Realizing where she had gone wrong by asking several people rather than just one, I nodded my head in response.

"When you say you want me to be your Daddy, are you asking me to go out with you?" I asked, hoping to clarify the situation. Seeming embarrassed by the confusion, she nodded her head in response, and I continued. "You do know that as a Daddy, I am a dominant male in the relationship and will expect certain behavior from you in return for my love and care?" Again, she nodded, and I considered this for a moment. "Are you sure you are comfortable with this? A lot of people claim to understand the concept of a Daddy/Little relationship. However, when they get into it, they immediately want out because it's not what they expected." Taking me by surprise, she stared me dead in the eye as she spoke.

"Then show me what it's like," she requested, her voice certain and unwavering as she spoke. "I want to know what it's like to be a Little and to actually have somebody who loves me and cares about me the way they should. I'm willing to try whatever it takes." Aware that she may mean that now but could always change her mind, I leaned back in my chair and considered this for a moment.

As much as I wanted to say it, she was an ideal little candidate, and I did want to make her mind. The fact that she had offered herself as my Little was incredible and made me want her all the more. The more I thought about it, the more I came to realize that this could end poorly.

It was all a matter of if I wanted to take the risk or not. Seeing the eager expression on her face, I found it harder and harder to say no, and I had to think about it even more. After much deliberation, I finally sighed and nodded in agreement.

"Alright, I'll be your daddy," I finally agreed. "However, I do have a few requests." She tilted her head to the side as she stared at me innocently, and I felt as though I was taking advantage of the situation.

"What is it?" she asked. Taking a deep breath, I prepared myself for the worst.

"I want you to give it a try first before you fully make up your mind," I informed her. "We can do a trial run and see how you like being a Little. Afterwards, we can sit down and talk about it before we make things official. I don't want you saying that you want to be a Little and then changing your mind once you see what it truly means." She considered this for a moment, and I was certain that she was going to turn me down. However, much to my surprise, after a minute or two, she finally nodded in agreement.

"Alright, it's a deal," she informed me. "After dinner, we can go back to my place, and you can show me what it is to be a Little. I will put my trust in you one hundred percent and let you do to me as you would if I were your Little. Come tomorrow morning, we will sit down and talk about it, and I will make up my mind officially." Raising my eyebrow at her, I started to wonder why she had this change of heart.

"Are you sure this is what you want?" I asked, wanting to be certain. When she nodded, I exhaled deeply. "Alright then. Now, finish your dinner, and we'll go ahead and head home." A smile spread across her face as she beamed at me.

"Okay, Daddy," she said before digging into her food, and I shifted my weight in order to hide the arousal that had already grown in my pants.

CHAPTER NINE

Charity

Excitement coursed through my veins as I rushed my way through dinner, desperately wanting to get home. Oscar had agreed to let me try out being a Little, and I couldn't wait to get started. While I would admit that I had wanted him since the day we met despite the age difference, I had a feeling that this would be a whole new experience.

The whole drive home had an entirely different energy to it, and I didn't know if it was from the conversation we had just had or something else entirely. Meanwhile, my body felt as though it was vibrating due to my excitement.

Reaching the giant, cold house that was my current home, I followed Oscar from the vehicle and up to the front door. It took me a few tries, but, after a bit of struggling, I managed to get the door unlocked and opened up my house to him. Oscar shivered as he looked around.

"This place is pretty creepy," he said as he took in the surroundings. Looking back at me, he cringed a little. "Exactly how much longer do you have to stay here?" After doing the calculations in my head, I shrugged.

"About nineteen to twenty days," I admitted. "After that, I'm selling this house. It's too big and creepy for just myself." Shrugging in response, he followed me into the house, up the stairs, and down the hall. Once we reached my bedroom, I flipped on the light.

My room was plain in comparison to most rich kid's bedrooms, but I liked the way it looked. I had my bed on one wall, my books lined up neatly on the shelves next to my bathroom, and I still had my collection of stuffed animals, dolls, and figurines lined up all around the room. Seeing the room, Oscar smiled at me.
