“I promise,” I told her. “Everything within reason. It’s not proper Little behavior to kiss and tell.”
CHAPTER EIGHT
Grant
On Friday, after we were done with our shift, I couldn’t help how excited I felt for the weekend ahead. Finally, after having to wait three days and get through several shifts, I was finally able to get the weekend off and get to spend the weekend with Jessica. My perfect Little was waiting for me at her house to see what we were going to do.
Thanks to not getting a chance to have a moment alone with each other to discuss our plans, we had finally agreed in passing that, once we were both off work, I would go to her apartment to discuss everything. After getting a chance to discuss it all, we would decide whether we wanted to stay at her home or head over to my place. From there, it was just a matter of deciding what to do for the weekend.
In all honesty, I truly hoped that she would decide to come over to my house for the weekend. Even though I had been working all week, I had taken the chance every night to go home and prepare the house for her eventual visit. Not only did I ensure everything was cleaned up, but I even made sure I had more than enough games and activities for her when she did finally come over.
When I got off work, I followed Jessica to her apartment, trying to make sure no one was following or watching us as we drove. Even though we were grown adults, it felt as though we had to keep our relationship a secret, and I hated it. After all, I was still nervous about what might happen if anyone from work found out that we were together. When we finally arrived, I followed Jessica up to her apartment, where she paused and took a deep breath as she prepared to unlock the door.
“Ready?” she asked, still sounding a bit on edge as she spoke. After seeing the encouraging nod I gave her, she took a deep breath. “I hope you don’t think any less of me. I didn’t exactly expect to meet up at my apartment, so I didn’t get everything perfectly cleaned.” Smiling, I shook my head at her.
“Don’t worry about it,” I reassured her. “Living in a house that’s too clean is crazy. In all honesty, there’s nothing wrong with letting your house look like it’s been lived in.” Nodding in agreement, she exhaled sharply and unlocked the door. Once it was opened, she looked back up at me.
“Here we go,” she breathed, still sounding a bit uncertain as she opened the door. Immediately, at first glance, I truly realized what had her so worried.
Her apartment was cleaned up and looked lived in, but there was more to it than I had anticipated. Her living room had several shelves of stuffed animals and dolls, and the fluffy pillows and blankets on the couch made it look like a child had been playing in the room. The walls were the same white color as was standard for the apartment complex, but she had personalized it with a few different posters, most of which were Harry Potter or kids’ movie posters. As surprised as I was, even I had to admit it suited her perfectly.
“You hate it, don’t you?” she asked as she turned to take in her surroundings. “I know it’s not a lot, but it is home. I don’t know what else to tell you.” Much to my surprise, I couldn’t help but burst into laughter as I shook my head at her.
“No, it’s fine,” I promised her. “It’s perfect. I love it.” Her jaw dropped as she stared at me in shock and disbelief, seeming completely unsure if she believed me or not. After considering everything, she raised an eyebrow at me.
“You are strange, Daddy,” she told me with a gentle smile. “That’s why I like you.” I laughed and shook my head as I looked around the apartment.
“Anyways, I think we should discuss our plans for the weekend,” I told her. “We don’t want to sit around and do nothing, right?” How about we go to my place? We could have a sleepover.” Her eyes lit up, and she nodded in agreement with an excited smile.
“Yes, please, Daddy,” she squealed, unable to contain her excitement as she spoke. “I would love that! We could play games, watch movies, and have the best weekend ever.” I laughed as I watched her start to jump up and down.
“Alright, take it easy,” I instructed her, and she started to settle down. “We’ll go to my place for the weekend, but you need to pack fresh pajamas for tonight and tomorrow and clothing for the next two days. Also, don’t forget one stuffed toy and your toothbrush and toothpaste.” She nodded obediently and set off to do as I had said while I waited for her.
The couch was old and smelled musty, and I immediately made a mental note to get her a better sofa. Once she returned with a small, pink backpack, which was practically bursting as she walked, I knew that I had to check it to make sure she got everything I had told her to. After reviewing everything, I saw that she had forgotten her toiletries and packed three stuffed toys.
Giving her a knowing look, I sent her to put away the extra two stuffed toys and get her toiletry items, amazed at how insistent she was about trying to keep the toys. She had pouted and threatened to throw a tantrum, but, after a stern warning, she went back to pack properly. When she returned, I inspected her backpack once again, and I saw that she had finally done as I said.
“That’s better,” I told her with a gentle smile. Nodding towards the apartment door, I continued. “If you want to get to spend time together before bedtime, I suggest we get going. I still expect you to be going to bed at eight.” Her lower lip puckered in a pout as she stared at me.
“Even on the weekend?” she asked, her voice quivering as she spoke. “Why can’t I stay up a little while longer?” A mischievous smile spread across my face as I shook a finger at her.
“Because bedtime will be our time,” I told her. “That is, of course, if you would allow me to have you.” Immediately, her pout disappeared, and she nodded in agreement.
“Yes, Daddy,” she told me, still seeming excited as she spoke. “I would love that.”
CHAPTER NINE
Jessica
With the promise of intimate time alone, I followed him out to the car and sat silently in the front seat, watching the world pass around me as we drove to his house. The only time we stopped was when he decided to pick up pizza for dinner. Once the pizza was safe in the backseat with my backpack, we continued along our way to his home.
His house was a large, majestic-looking colonial in the suburbs. It was a decent way away from the neighboring houses, and it looked more like a castle than an actual house. As we pulled into the driveway, I started to bounce up and down in my seat in anticipation. Parking the car, Grant turned to look back at me.
“Are you ready to head in?” he asked as he smiled at me. “We can eat dinner and watch a movie.” Knowing that he had to be just as excited as I was, I nodded in response and started to unbuckle.
“Yes, Daddy,” I told him, trying to remember not to freak out on him. “What movie should we watch?” He laughed and shook his head at me.
“Nothing rated over PG,” he reminded me. “I don’t want you growing up on me.” Having never really cared for movies rated PG-13 and up, except for Harry Potter, I nodded in agreement and followed him into the house.
