He gives me a confused look, “What about Devil ? Him and Liz are happy. He’s all loved up and you’ve got siblings that could be your kids.” He says as he smirks at me especially when I glare at him.
“Yeah, sure he's all loved up with Liz. Or he married her because she was knocked up and he thought Trevor and I needed a fucking mother figure. Then he got trapped and we knew that his ass would never cheat, so he just figured hey, easy pussy.”
“You’re a fucking moron you know that. Your dad didn’t marry Liz because she was pregnant. He didn’t make her his ol’ lady because she was pregnant. He had feelings for her before he found out about the baby. Shit, you’re so jaded and you’re surrounded by brothers who make relationships work. You’re just as bad as Pit and Skunk. You’d think that you’d have a different view on life after seeing how your dad is with Liz.”
“You think that at the age of fifteen after I watched the man go from bitch to bitch that I’d finally learn what love was because he found one that stuck?”
“You’re such a fucking cynic. You really need to figure your shit out before you ruin something that is really good for you.”
“How would you know, you’ve not met her? Like I said you’re never around. You’re a busy little daddy.”
“Yeah well, you know you can always come hang out with me. You probably shouldn’t hang with the man whore twins. Even though I’ve heard at least one of them is in the same boat as you.”
“Yeah, I think that one will stick for him. He’s gonna act all big and tough, but Dragon’s ready to hand over his cut and put a ring on that one’s finger. I have to say Liza is pretty cool.”
“Yeah, Dragon’s told me the same about Rose.”
“I don’t know what you are trying to get out of this conversation. I’m not going to confess my undying love. One woman for the rest of my life is not for me. I’m not meant to have a family. You know how fucked up my life was before coming here. Even after I got here. Dad was chaotic. I mean he got me shoved at him and a newborn. He was dealing with trying to get that bitch of a mom to give up her rights to Trevor or even get a judge to sign off on everything. I mean and let’s just say after a while dad wasn’t too shy about the shit I saw around the clubhouse. I mean shit Lash, I’ve never even had a girlfriend. It’s just not for me.”
He gives me a skeptical look before he continues what he is doing. I know what everyone has been thinking and fuck maybe my mind is taking me there too even though I don’t want it to. I’ve been solely on Rose since the minute I saw her. I’ve had no other woman in my bed since and really I don’t want to. The sex is fucking phenomenal and I’ve honestly never had any fucking better. She lets me do anything to her and she actually likes it. It’s none of that fake bullshit you get from some of the other bitches who just want to make it seem like they like shit to please you. No Rose’s fucking moans are real and they fucking do shit to me. I mean shit just sitting here thinking about the way she feels and the way she sounds has my dick getting hard.
“Why aren’t you at work today? Don’t you have shit to do at the trucking company?”
“I was there a little bit this morning, but I took a half day. Wanted to come see my best friend.”
He glances up at me with a look that says ‘yeah fucking right’. I laugh at him before my phone goes off in my pocket. Picking it up I notice I’ve got a couple messages.
Dragon: The club girls are at it again. You might want to figure out a way to keep those bitches off our floor.
Me: What do you mean? And how the hell am I gonna figure out a way to keep bitches off our floor, I’m not a council brother. But I’m telling you once I move up to that floor, I’m going to be having a fucking party that those bitches can’t come up there whenever the hell they want. But what the hell happened?
Dragon: Kitty happened brother.
I groan and run my hand through my hair. Kitty was a club girl and honestly she’s a pretty poor fuck. I slept with her a couple of times when I didn’t feel like going out and trying to pick someone else up. I don’t know why she keeps trying to cause drama when I’ve only fucked her a twice. Basically it was just to get the fuck off. If I’m being honest, I don’t know why any of the brothers like her, I mean maybe it is because she does shit with the other club girls for the brothers to watch. I don’t fucking know, but I do know that I have no desire to deal with that shit. So I go to the next message and it’s from my old man.
Dad: I got to the clubhouse this morning, saw a girl coming out of your room. Wearing your shirt. Since when has that been going on?
Well, I wish I went back to the clubhouse to see Rose in my shirt, I probably would’ve fucked her several times while she was wearing it. But I’m going to ignore anything from my dad about that shit.
Dad: Liz wants you over for dinner tonight. Trev is going to be there. You better find your way there. No fucking excuses she is going to make smoked brisket because she knows its your favorite.
Me: Yeah, okay.
“Well brother, I’m out. I’ve got to run to the store and pick some shit up before I head over to Devil’s for dinner. Liz has summoned me.”
“Yeah, okay. Don’t do anything stupid!”
I shake my head and walk away. Yeah, I won’t do anything stupid, but I’m starting to think that keeping Rose around is stupid. I think I need to clear my head and I might have to try and find myself something different so that I can get over whatever fucking spell this woman has over me. I don’t want to get in too deep with this woman because having any type of relationship with a woman who is obviously too good for me is a red flag that she is hooking up with me.
I walked into my dad’s house just before six.
“Hey!” I hollered as I walked in and slid off my boots and placed my cut on the hooks by the door next to my dad’s.
“Hey son, we are in the kitchen.”
The house did smell amazing, you could smell the brisket and my mouth watered. Liz was a fantastic fucking cook, I would give her that. Since she came into our lives ten years ago. It was weird at first getting used to having a woman here full time, but she handled being out numbered well. She changed the whole dynamic of our home. I was a fifteen year old kid and didn’t like the change. She tried to find some common ground with me, but I always had issues with the fact that this woman was five years older than me coming in and now dictating my life. I also was not too cool on the fact that she was pregnant. She did prove me wrong though, she wasn’t like the other women. She wasn’t my mom and she definitely wasn’t Trevor’s. For a while I thought she’d skip town and leave Bethany with us.
“CALEB!!!” Brock yelled when I walked into the kitchen.
