He thrust forward in one slow, smooth glide.
The stretch burned at first. My body was ready, but he was bigger than anyone I had been with before, and it had been a while. Corvan stopped before he was fully seated, shaking with the effort of holding still as the bondmark on my neck flared once more before shifting into a fluttering pulse on the nape of my neck that matched my racing heartbeat.
He kissed me while my body adjusted, slow and deep, giving me time even though urgency rolled through every taut line of him.
“More,” I whispered.
He drove the rest of the way in.
A cry escaped me. Corvan swallowed it with his mouth. He filled me completely, almost too much, and for a few suspended seconds neither of us moved.
His forehead dropped to mine.
“Real,” he said, the word sounding torn from him.
I understood. The simulation had given us voices, faces, laughter and companionship. It had never given us this. His body joined to mine. His breath breaking against my lips. The terrifying certainty that we might hurt each other because he had finally come close enough to touch.
“Real,” I agreed.
He withdrew and thrust again.
His careful control lasted twice more.
Then I dug my fingers into his back. “More. I’m won't break.”
He gripped my hip and drove into me with a force that rattled the med table beneath us. I wrapped both legs around him, pulling him deeper. The bay filled with ragged breaths, the slap of skin, the small mechanical protest of the table’s stabilizers. He kissed my mouth, my throat, my breasts, unable to stay in one place, as if he had spent so long denying himself that he needed all of me at once.
This was not polished or patient. It was hunger sharpened by fear. Every thrust said what we would not. You're mine. I cannot leave you. I am terrified you matter this much.
I answered with my body because my heart was still too frightened to speak.
I dragged him closer. I met every rough stroke. His gaze locked on mine.
He lifted one of my legs over his arm, changing the angle. The next thrust struck so deep that stars burst behind my eyes.
I gasped.
He did it again.
Pleasure rebuilt with brutal speed, fed by the lingering sensitivity from his mouth. I clung to him, no longer aware of the launch clock or the moon base beyond the ship’s hull. There was only Corvan above me, inside me, everywhere I had wanted him.
His hand slid between us. His thumb found the place that made my entire body tighten.
“Come for me.” Pain and hunger crossed his face. The words were not an order. They were a plea.
My desperate heart burst into a hundred tiny pieces and each one belonged to him.
He circled his thumb and thrust hard. My climax struck, deeper than the first, rolling through me in waves that seemed to pull him under with me. I cried his name as the walls of my pussy tightened and pulsed around him.
Corvan gave one broken groan. His rhythm shattered. He buried himself deep and came, his whole body locking over mine as heat pulsed inside me.
For several seconds, neither of us could breathe.
Then his arms trembled.
I remembered his wound and pushed at his shoulder. “Roll over before you rip open everything I just repaired.”
He obeyed reluctantly, taking me with him until I lay sprawled across his chest. The med table was not designed for two people, especially when one of them was the size of a human tank, but he kept one arm around my waist and held us in place with one foot braced against the floor.
