When The Fair Goes Dark

I couldn’t go back?

Disappointment trickles in as I think to my masked man.

“Raven! Finally!!”

I turn to see Willow near another door that I’m assuming leads to outside.

“There you are.” I say as I walk over to her. “Where the hell did you disappear off to?”

She looked even more disheveled than before.

Was she fighting them or something?

“The mirrors.” she says, as we walk out. “One of the actors grabbed me and pulled me in.”

I fucking knew it.

“Then he brought me to the end where I’ve been waiting for you.” she says. “Maybe the Haunted Farmhouse next.”

The actor helped her get to the finish line?

The door closes behind us and we are greeted with another scare actor or whatever their called.

“Congratulations.” he says, his face painted like a Jester.

He hands us a bin with phones in it.

There looked to be like twenty of them in there.

I turn back to the now closed door. How are all those people still in there if I only encountered like three people total?

Finding mine, I look down to see some messages. Some from my mom, and some from my dad.

I walk down the steps while texting my dad back that I was okay, and turn to talk to Willow.

She was gone.

What the hell?

I look around to see if maybe she went to a trash can or something, but didn’t see her at all.

What is up with her just disappearing?

I look around to see what was next to us, and see the Haunted Farmhouse.

Shit.

No way.

She just mentioned that.

But, I cant go alone.

“Willow!”

I turn my head to see Charlie.

Relief floods me at seeing a familiar face.
