Jasmin smiles at him. “Jace.”

He looks at his father. “Can we?”

Darlene lifts her head from Arlene’s chest. “Jocelyn?”

“She’ll be there too,” Jasmin says.

Arlene looks at her mate. “Works for me.”

Darian looks at Damian, then Darlene, then his mate. I can almost see him searching for another objection.

Finally, he sighs. “All right.”

Selena smiles. “Then it’s settled.”

“Luna?”

She turns toward him. “Yes?”

“Would it be all right if I stop by sometimes to check on Arlene?”

Arlene closes her eyes.

Selena’s smile softens. “Of course.”

“And the pups.”

“Of course.”

“Darian,” Arlene says.

“What?”

“We’ll be in the same building.”

“I know.”

“You’re going to be working.”

“I know that too.”

She shakes her head, but when Darian reaches over and rests his hand against her stomach, she covers it with hers.

Damian is already asking Jasmin how soon he can see Jace, while Darlene hugs Teddy and announces that she wants to see Jocelyn now. Joshua leans toward his mate and mutters something about Justin not being nearly this excited about working for him.

I look around my office. My Gamma and Gamma Female. My Luna. Darian and Arlene. Their pups squeezed between all of us as if they’ve been doing this for years instead of weeks.

My Lycan settles deeper inside me.
