As Mitch walkedtowards the lambs, he glanced at his phone. Eversley nagged at him. It had nagged at him for months. He wondered whether there was unfinished business there. Try as he might, he could never get Holly out of his mind. Maybe he should go to Eversley, one last time – just to make sure.
