Chapter Nine

Maggie

I’m hiding in my room. I know I’m a coward, but the thought of facing Theo after last night almost has me breaking out in hives.

God, what must he think of me? What must Tanner and Noah think of me? Do they know that Theo made me come hard last night? Jesus, if he can do that with his finger, what would it feel like to have his cock there, deep inside me? And not just his, but Noah’s and Tanner’s, too, taking turns with me.

I groan out loud as my pussy throbs and my nipples harden. The clean panties I pulled on after my shower are already ruined as I lose myself in my dirty fantasies.

I make it to mid-afternoon before there’s a knock at my door.

“Hey, Noah,” I greet him as I open it, not quite meeting his eyes.

“Thought I’d better check on you. Make sure we didn’t poison you with those tacos last night,” he says, his brown eyes twinkling as his mouth quirks with a smile.

God, he’s cute. He has a boy-next-door charm that’s so appealing, but his accent gives him a sexy edge that has tingles running up and down my spine.

“Still breathing,” I chuckle. “I was just, ah, that is, I thought—”

“Maggie, it’s okay,” he says, giving one of those panty-melting grins he’s so good at. “Like Theo said, you have nothing to be ashamed of.”

My cheeks catch fire. “Oh, God! He told you?”

“Not in the way you think, no. He just said that he’d had the most amazing experience with you but that you felt guilty.”

I bite my lip. “I do. Feel guilty, I mean.”

Noah smiles and holds out a hand towards me. “Maybe I can help with that.”

I give him a confused look. “What do you mean?”

“Do you trust me?” he asks, raising a dark eyebrow.

I sigh, answering him by placing my hand in his, and his grins widens.

He leads me downstairs, heading toward the music room. He hesitates with his hand on the door handle. “We’ve been working on something. Thought you might like to be the first one to hear it.”

Noah opens the door, and I follow him into the large room. Theo is standing on the raised area at the back of the room, guitar in hand, his dark hair pulled back into a ponytail. Tanner is in front of the mic, his blond hair sexily ruffled. Blue and hazel eyes fix on me as I enter the room with Noah.

I look between the three of them. “What…?”

“Take a seat,” Noah says, pushing me down on the sofa facing the ‘stage.’ He takes his position at the piano and gives Theo and Tanner a count.

Tanner begins to sing, and I’m lost.

Broke my heart when I was just sixteen.

Yet it still belonged to you, despite its broken beat.

Crushed my soul when I turned seventeen.

Said the grass on the other side was a brighter shade of green.

Stole my faith in my year eighteen.

Used soft words to win me back, then shattered all my dreams.

Wrecked my pride before I reached nineteen.
