“No,” I grumble at the thought.

“Well, it’s going up for sale on the first, whether we all like it or not.”

Joey groans her unhappiness. “Well, I’m happy for you, if I have to be.”

The girls laugh, but I worry with her friend gone, will I be enough to keep Joey happy in Sycamore Mountain? She tells me she loves it here, but it’s not even been a month. If all she has is me…will I be enough?
