I bite my lip. “We’re gonna get married…?”
He nods. “Yea. We are.”

I didn’t think having you the way I wanted was in the cards… So now that it is…” My forehead lowers to his. “Marrying you is my dream come true.”
His hands cup my face, and he kisses me, slowly, full of passion; a dedication, an unexpected devotion.
