I don’t see Oscar close by, but I can hear a wolf running around just out of sight, so I suspect his wolf is over excited at being let out and wanting to inspect anything and everything. It’s cute, really. He spent so long avoiding letting his wolf out that now every chance he gets to be free he goes crazy with excitement.

“Can we go home yet?” Noah asks, his gaze drifting to my lips.

“Soon,” I promise, running a finger down his chest and leaning in for the kiss I know he wants to steal. If any of my mates are obsessed with making out, it’s Noah. He told me it always reminds him of the day he woke up to me kissing him in that nurse’s office.

“Don’t tease me, Pretty Poison,” he murmurs as he moves in closer, hands cupping my face.

His lips barely meet mine before I feel Oscar’s hand on my waist from behind.

The control I have over my heat has been patchy at best, and it’s easily broken when my mates remind me how happy they are to share. The little groan that comes from my Omega’s throat is enough to dampen my panties and harden my nipples. My body starts to anticipate more, and I have to remind myself this isn’t the time or the place to indulge it.

I break the kiss and Oscar wraps his arms around me from behind.

“Don’t warm our mate up without me,” Oscar tells Noah.

Noah rolls his dark eyes, stepping back. “It was just a kiss.”

“And hell is just a bonfire,” Oscar says, as his lips move to my neck.

Oh Goddess. When he kisses the place where Everett marked me, it makes my whole body shiver with pleasure. I can feel my eyes rolling up, and my legs start to tremble under me. The urge to tell him to stop comes and goes swiftly.

“It’s never just a kiss,” Oscar says, thankfully removing his lips from my mark.

His restraint isn’t usually this good. I can tell he’s aroused, but that’s all so far.

I look at Noah, shooting him a wry smile. “We can pick this up later. Can you find Oscar’s pants, please?”

“Why doesn’t he just… Oh. Right. Right,” Noah says with a mildly exasperated nod before he fishes around the piles of clothing for the pants.

Meanwhile, I’m still wearing Oscar while his soft little moans of desire drive me slowly insane.

We seriously need to get home so I can pin him to a bed.

Noah finds the pants and passes them over.

Oscar takes them grudgingly, letting go of me to put them on, and grumbling about being cock-blocked by his pack brother under his breath. I shake my head and exchange a smile with Noah.

“Nothing’s happening until we get home,” I tell him quietly.

He grins as he buttons the jeans that don’t look any different than before he shifted.

“But something’s definitely happening when we get home,” he says.

“Only if you can convince Everett those witches don’t need to have their throats torn out,” Noah says, shooting me a wry smile.

“Ugh,” Oscar grumbles. “His wolf wants blood and he’s not going to get it. He’ll probably insist on sleeping with Cheryl alone tonight.”

“Well, I’ll insist otherwise.”

That promise makes his blue eyes sparkle. Goddess, how did I get so damn lucky?

“How is this fair?” Noah says, moving down to pick up Oscar’s barely ripped T-shirt.

Oscar snatches it from him. “Just because I know how to take care of my stuff…”

“Bullshit,” Noah curses. “You wolf is just small enough that he doesn’t rip your clothes when you shift. Lucky bastard.”

“They’re just clothes,” Oscar says with a shrug.
